It does not matter which country, it has been proven over and over that people will not behave in the interests of the greater good. Refusal to wear masks, refusal to maintain social distancing, refusal to stay at home, people simply refuse to do what is necessary to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. This is why more draconian measures are needed as seen in Australia with the law actively monitoring cities and neighborhoods.
