He doesn't have a passport, he doesn't have any other documents. How he went from Germany to Italy?

I'm no expert, but I found it pretty easy to travel around inside the EU without a passport, as there didn't seem to be border control between a lot of the countries. I don't know if that's the case between Germany and Italy, but it's possible.

Always a shame when they're shot dead. These cretins aren't scared of dying, they should be kept alive as long as is humanly possible in a hole in the ground on the spot of their atrocities, preferably to be peed on by the locals each day.

@rani, no borders within the eu, you can travel from sevilla in south spain to Oslo without having to show your passport (overland). That's one of the many issues the eu are having with illegal migrants: once they are in they can pretty much travel freely everywhere they want.

Finally, some great news! justice done.

Merkel's open-door policy to refugees is undermining the EU's open-borders policies. German arrogance and heavy-handedness once again makes life miserable for EVERYONE in Europe. History repeats itself:

There are 2 different people in the Anis Amri photo = they are not the same person.

so, he was jailed 4 years in italy for committing violent crimes, was known to be a jihadi, and yet he travelled around EU europe with absolutely no restriction. Incredible.

Jeff Lee, indeed Ive been thinking the same thing - once again germany is dominating europe and destroying it.

It sure looks like it, doesn't it? Maybe the picture with glasses is what he looked like when he was 18 or 19 year old kid back in Tunisia and the other picture is what he looked like after 4 years in an Italian lockup.

If those photos are indeed the same guy, it definitely appears that he got his nose broken somewhere along the line.

Tunisia is cool for being where Star Wars was filmed, and the origin of Tatooine. This guy makes it much less cool.
