Probably not because McConnell is a scumbag who shouldn't be given the time of day.

Probably not because McConnell is a scumbag who shouldn't be given the time of day.

McConnell really is one of the most villainous characters in american history. He has done a tremendous amount of damage to the country and its citizens, probably more than any other republican politician in history. And yes he was still not evil or crazy enough to pretend Trump was cheated our of the last election, which just shows how completely insane the rest of the party has become.

At this point, if Biden even “could” get the unemployment rate under 4% it would be a miracle. When pigs fly, perhaps.

Hmmmm....

We rate this claim TRUE, based on our research. More jobs were lost during the Trump administration than any other in history. Approximately 4 million fewer people were employed from January 2017 to September 2020, according to the most recent publicly available data.

Gone? As in cancelled? Hmmm....

Which Manchin thankfully won’t be.

Based on her comments today, looks like Liz is going to be hard to "cancel"...

She sure had a lot to say today...

Pelosi says a lot of things as well, a lot!

Liz says she won't help spread Trump's lies, Repubs say you're no longer welcome in the cult...

The right loves to claim they hate cancel culture.

Just ask Liz Cheney.

Blacklabel: That was the strategy used by Democrats over the past four years and it was a total success.

Trump lost because he had low support and low approval ratings. He's the darling of the minority in the United States.

7 ( +9 / -2 )

The vast majority approve of Biden.

7 ( +9 / -2 )

McConnell has expressed publicly that he doesn't care about making life better for his constituents or Americans, and that his only goal is to "100% ensure that Biden is only one term".

The Pubs are putting all of their efforts into obstruction, and none into helping the people. They do this because they know that bipartisan efforts lead to positive polling numbers for the party in power, so if they obstruct, they can then point out how nothing got done as a criticism of the leadership.

Talk about losers, they're bringing down their own country in order to further their own power. The exact opposite of what you want in your politicians.

7 ( +9 / -2 )

Mitch doesn’t have any friends.

And no they cannot because any path back to the majority is rooted in obstruction even when it directly contradicts the national interest.

The Democrats should end the filibuster and tell Mitch to pound sand.

6 ( +8 / -2 )

McConnell is accomplishing his dream of making the Legislative Branch a policy wasteland.

6 ( +7 / -1 )

The path back to the majority is through complete and total opposition and obstruction to Joe Eagle’s agenda. That was the strategy used by Democrats over the past four years.

No. You have your history wrong. In the last four years it was a Republican controlled Senate that stopped all legislative initiatives that came out of the Democratic controlled House.

But, opposition for the sake of opposition was the strategy the very same Mr. McConnell tried to use with Mr. Obama, only it didn't work. Remember Mr. McConnell saying in remarks made to the National Journal 23 October 2010 " The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president." That is a direct quote that is on the record from that interview.

Well he failed. Now Mr. McConnell is saying much the same about Mr. Biden.

Regardless, the economy is a mess, unemployment up, job creation failed, inflation concerns, stock market crashing, many small cap tech stocks 75% down. no gas, gas price up where they have it. Middle east conflicts, corona guidance flip flops daily, totally open border, 6 trillion in proposed spending.

Foxitis...

Meanwhile, as we'll see tomorrow, the Repubs fight and try to cancel each other in a full-out civil war....

Ask Liz about "lines being drawn"....

She’ll be gone soon, but it looks like Manchin won’t give in to the filibuster...hmmmm....

Gone? As in cancelled? Hmmm....

She sure had a lot to say today...

*On the eve of being ousted as House GOP conference chair, a defiant Rep. Liz Cheney called Donald Trump a “threat we have never seen before” and said she refuses to peddle his lies that the election was stolen, nor should her GOP colleagues.*

Trunp fans are still struggling to create a narrative about Biden that sticks.

6 ( +7 / -1 )

The Biden-haters are just trying to overturn the results of a democratic election.

Losers.

The Trump administration tax cuts only helped the very wealthy. Employment had been rising steadily since 2011 and continued to do so until the current pandemic. Now expecting unemployment to suddenly return to normal while schools remain only partially open is just silly. Schools here are only open to in person classes half days four days a week. No before or after school programs either. The situation is not yet normal.

The border was in a crisis long before Mr. Biden took office. At least parents and kids are being re-united. Separating kids from their parents in indefinite detention borders on crimes against humanity. The previous President was callous towards people like my wife and my grandparents so you will hear nothing good from me about their border policies. I would rather have a dirt poor immigrant for a neighbor than a well to do white bigot. Any day of the week!

the Repubs fight and try to cancel each other in a full-out civil war....

Speaking of civil war. The Dems just seem powerless into bullying Joe Manchin to get him to sign away this country. All daggers on him, he’s the first. Lines are being drawn.

Ask Liz about "lines being drawn"....

We dont have gas...seriously? mass shootings every day. Open borders. unsecured infrastructure. still Russia Russia Russia to deflect any accountability away from this administration for anything.

More Russia cheering - as they attack our infrastructure and manipulate the far-right...

Of course non-Americans, you love this incompetence and these horrible decisions and policies.

That's what Putin and the Kremlin said when they stood and cheered when their puppet Trump was elected in 2016...

Regardless, the economy is a mess, unemployment up, job creation failed

Ridiculous. Claiming unemployment is up is like saying you have hypertension, because your blood pressure spiked under and intense situation. Come back in half a month or so, I'll bet money it'll be better.

many small cap tech stocks 75% down

Dropping 75% off 2-300% gains means investors are positive. It's rather silly to blame dropping small cap tech stocks on the president. How much of that money went into cyclicals/value stocks? Odd you don't mention that.

no gas, gas price up where they have it.

Yeah, because demand is up. Also, a ransomware attack has impacted a significant portion of US oily supply.

Middle east conflicts

Fought using by weapons approved as part of the last administration's "peace treaty."

If an election were held today, the result would be different even if Trump didnt run again

lol No it wouldn't. Biden is at 63% approval, far better than Donald ever did. https://www.politico.com/news/2021/03/05/poll-biden-job-approval-60-percent-473849

Mr. Biden has to offer Mr. McConnell something in exchange for a deal. Mr. Biden was in the Senate long enough to know how the game is played. And before you climb all over me compromise is how you advance a nation. A half a glass is better than an empty glass. For a deal to be successful both sides have to feel like they came away with something of value to show to their constituents.

please, please get rid of the filibuster prior to the 2022 elections.

Don’t need to, seems like a lot of the molasses is sticking to him already.

USAToday? Lol

Why not just quote CNN? At least they have a tad bit better reputation...somewhat.

https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2020-10-30/trump-s-economy-really-was-better-than-obama-s

Once in office, Trump ignored this consensus. He implemented a program of tax cuts, spending increases and unprecedented pressure on the Fed to cut interest rates to zero and keep them there.

Trump’s goal of 3% growth was derided as delusional, while a bipartisan chorus of commentators declared his policies reckless and irresponsible.

They were anything but. Not only did the unemployment rate continue to fall, but the percentage of Americans aged 25 to 54 either employed or looking for a job saw its first sustained rise since the late 1980s. This inflection point changed the character of the labor market.

So now it’s up to Biden and what will he do? He definitely won’t try and refuel the economy or grow it, so taxes will go up and jobs will leave the US again. China and Russia couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait until 2022 when the Nancy will kiss that gavel goodbye for the last time and the Dems go back clerking.

-8 ( +1 / -9 )

not my quote next to my name.

If an election were held today, the result would be different even if Trump didnt run again.

For now, you got what you voted for.

-10 ( +1 / -11 )

No. You have your history wrong.

Wasn’t it the Democrats who opposed the tax reform that led to record low unemployment for black, hispanic, and female Americans? Didn’t they oppose the border policies that drastically reduced illegal immigration before Biden’s rash reversals led to the current border crisis? Your history is wrong. Opposition for the sake of opposition worked. That and a media establishment, the FBI and Corporate Tech industry that colluded with the Democrats. American politics is in the midst of a pendulum of partisanship. The only way to prevent Biden’s destruction of America democracy is to go all in against his neo-Marxist policies.

-10 ( +0 / -10 )

Trump lost because he had low support and low approval ratings. He's the darling of the minority in the United States.

Not so sure about the support and it’s interesting, the so called minority has less of a platform throughout the media particularly social media to tell the nation about the mounting problems that is rapidly killing the nation.

If an election were held today, the result would be different even if Trump didnt run again.

For now, you got what you voted for.

Bingo.

-10 ( +2 / -12 )

Probably not. Old Joe is the exact same of the mindset as his former boss, “I’ll make a deal at all, it’s my way or no way,” so this is all just a waste of time. More photo ops for Joe and nothing else, sadly, the swamp reigns deep within these guys.

-11 ( +3 / -14 )

And no they cannot because any path back to the majority is rooted in obstruction even when it directly contradicts the national interest.

The path back to the majority is through complete and total opposition and obstruction to Joe Eagle’s agenda. That was the strategy used by Democrats over the past four years and it was a total success. Stick with what works I always say. Besides everything Old Joe is doing is destructive to America’s national interests and national unity. As for McConnell I am not a big fan but he is a decent person who loves his country and has a brilliant and talented wife. He helped keep two Supreme Court seats out of the hands of the Democrat party - that is enough to secure his legacy as a great American.
