How long can you defend your democracy? They haven’t defended it in Ukraine yet, but they have already come to Ethiopia to defend it.  Leave Kenya in peace. Ethiopia did not belong to any of the colonizers, so why are you going to defend the issue there?

As the Russia/China playground, Africa is in a sorry state in terms of democracy.

Credit for the sorry state of Africa's democracy and economic status is due to the good old western European colonial powers legacy. Most know this.

Doesn't explain why equally colonized places are doing much better, including Latin America.
