His daughter Ivanka and her husband Jared have used daddy Trump's influence to make business arrangements with Chinese Communist Party officials, and have made a number of other deals with business people around the globe fattening their already fat bank accounts. I imagine each of Trump's children from his different wives have also increased their personal fortunes. So maybe as a father he's NOT been a total failure. Plus he's also provided jobs for Ivanka and Jared while increasing awareness of his and their brand names.

I'd add

under age 65 on election day

Prior govt experience as US State Governor, US Senator, Committee Chair in the House or Federal Judge.

The second President Trump is gone, we need to add an Amendment to prevent anything similar from being possible again. Those requirements would also block VPs that have caused terrible actions to be taken.
