Poor fu, doesn't seem to realize that his description of a rigged election that supposedly disqualifies Nicaragua is EXACTLY how Bolsonaro was foisted on the Brazilian population.

Note, not only arrested, but held entirely incommunicado, the opposition candidate on blatantly bogus charges.

Biden scrambles to avoid Americas Summit flop in Los Angeles:

Not all Latin American nations have been invited to attend the summit. This prompts some of them to protest and refuse to be present.

Some others feel the time has come not to be coerced by US power anymore..

Love how the democratically elected governments of Venezuela and Nicaragua are deemed to not qualify as democracies,

International poll watchers declared those elections rigged.

“Urnas Abiertas, a citizens’ electoral observatory, registered more than 200 acts of political violence and acts of electoral coercion on election day, including the presence of parapolice forces in the vicinity of the voting stations, as well as intimidation and coercion of state workers to force them to vote,”

When Brazil says you have election fraud, that's pretty substantial. 16 countries in the Americas signed the letter stating that Venezuela's elections were fraudulent.

Anyways, The Organization of the American States decided in 2001 that Democratic members were allowed, not dictatorships. When the current leader disqualifies or arrests all the opposition, that's a dictatorship.

Brazil will be the game changer. CIA needs to wake up now. Immediately! With no puppet government in Columbia and Brazil, China will take all.

The real question is why the Biden administration didn’t do its homework,” said Jorge Castañeda, a former Mexican foreign minister who now teaches at New York University.

have you not been watching any of the last 17 months? That answers your question.

Love how the democratically elected governments of Venezuela and Nicaragua are deemed to not qualify as democracies, but the blatantly rigged processes that put Bolsonaro in power doesn't bar it from being invited.

PS, interesting that the late, and problematic, provision of Covid vaccines by the US is mentioned, but not the Cuban provision of Covid vaccines and the role Cuban doctors played in preventing the collapse of the health care systems across the region.
