One of the great things about the US is the ability for people to just move to a different state and start over again and with so many jobs open it is even easier. And for any company with 101 employees, the easiest course of action if to fire 2 people rather to take on this administration headache.

The mandate seems a bit harsh especially with alternatives available.

Pretty simple fix;

*Existing hires pay for testing and use sick days for infection coverage. They are exempt from the 60% salary infection window.

*New hires, contractors, and temporary workers or partnerships understand vaccination status and policies will be considered in job offer decisions.

*Vaccinated workers receive a 60% salaried 10 day infection window in case of future infection on top of their current accrued sick days.

*Existing unvaccinated workers can not be terminated for their vaccination status but can removed and reassigned to areas of need as the company deems fit.

Everything seems like there are no choices when we don’t consider options.

The American people are obviously not supportive of any of this.
