In short OBL, you were a total and complete ass to start with and you're still a total and complete ass in the end. We don't care any more, you helped start something else besides that. Sooner AQ and the tali's are sent off on their "martyr" boats the better. Pakistan and Afghanistan is sick of you and your ilk hanging out on their borders, and implementing your extremist ideology of Islam over others when you can. As for a person supposedly concerned about the Israeli-Palistine issue he certainly didn't move and settle his operations there... that in itself speaks volumes.

We should make a statement as to the effect "turn yourself in"

Most people realized that it wasn't Bin Laden in the videotapes they showed a few years ago, so now they resort to using audiotapes. I guess they couldn't find a better double for the guy.

BTW, isn't he dead yet?

if thats the case, why does the US wont end the war? many innocent lives are at risk

[even the militant Hamas organization—have distanced themselves from al-Qaida and cracked down on those espousing a similar extremist ideology inside the Gaza Strip.]

This is not surprising because Hamas know that if they start aligning themselves with a terrorist that has admitted to attacking the USA that their precious hideout in the Gaza Strip would be compromised by giving the USA a reason to take it over and take them out like they did the Taliban. Hamas don't have many options of places to go from there. I don't think Egypt wants them on their doorstep. For once I'd say that Hamas did a smart thing. Too bad they can't make any more smart decisions.

And for Osama trying to give the Palestinian plight as his main reasons just negated the reasons of US troops on Saudi soil. This A-hole is just grasping at straws to justify his personal jihad. People will tire of these Al Quida over time and they'll get less recruits when they see that the west won't be intimidated by their suicide bombers.

Does this actually mean that the cave-dwelling troglodyte is still alive? For all the damage that the 911 attacks caused to the US, it is not hard to see who is shaking in their boots these days. Irrespective of what the politicians in Washington decide in the future, nothing is going to change the fact that Osama bit off more than he can chew. Sooner or later the US will find this clown and his cabal of misfits and reek a terrible vengeance.

If bin Laden was so serious about ending this war, he'd turn himself in. That would go a long way. < :-)

Replacing bush with obama defeats al-qaida and OBL. Who would have known, other than those that were right about WMD in Iraq, right about the failed invasion in Iraq, right about the cost of the war, right about the results of the war and right about the election in 2008.

Just as many had posted over and over again, bush and OBL are the same thing. Terrorists who feed each other.

Binny is upset because Obama is not following in the foot steps of another democrat president: Bill Clinton.

As Clinton so proudly showed the world, we Americans aren't supposed to have the stomach for war, remember?

As Clinton so proudly showed the world, we Americans aren't supposed to have the stomach for war, remember?

Is it smarter to find a way to end a war or to start it?

Is it smarter to work for peace or to lie to start a war?

Is it smarter to stop the senseless killings or bring together a bunch of republican liars, start a war and never admit to a single mistake?

I'm not sure how long this war goes on, but I do know the longer it goes on, the more Americans that die.

About bin Ladens statement, at least Obama will take bin Laden serious. Not making some dumbass video looking under trash cans or under tables. < :-)

A right dissing of Mr Obama.Makes me wish I was there with the lads.I'd smash the Talibaners!

Aristocrat lunancy infection causes war, Bin Laden or GOP hawks both may be, were infected.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Binny just made the global liberals racist list. His career is over.

correction- lunancy should be spelt lunacy.

Most people...blah, blah, blah

Umm...a quick look here at this site/thread/ anywhere on the planet tells anyone sane person that most people think quite the opposite of what you have written.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

kinniku, I guess you still believe, or pretend to believe, that this audio is truly of Bin Laden and that he is responsible for the 9/11 attacks. Oh dear.

I am not surprised that most posts on this site support (parrot) the official government version of events. And I don't really care, I look for evidence and the evidence does not support your views, your views rely on people spreading falsehoods in the MSM and on forums.

sabiwabi,

Welcome to the planet earth. Have you even read the thread on which you are commenting? Probably not. However, a quick look tells any sane person that most people think the opposite of what you have written.

am not surprised that most posts on this site support (parrot) the official government version of events. And I don't really care,

Which is it? You said 'most people'. Now you 'don't care'? Whatever...you are living in a misty of surreality...

I look for evidence and the evidence does not support your views,

That is true. I do not support 'evidence' of faked moon landings, blood libels and other unreal fantastic claims your mind has invented. Neither do most people, incidently...especially here...

0 ( +0 / -0 )

May be Osama or may not be. But the war in Afghanistan is a total waste of time, money, li8ves and the rest. Will all end with nothing achieved and plenty of damage done.

kinniku,

And I would like to one day welcome you to planet earth, a place where posts on a thread or views expressed in MSM DO NOT represent truth or the views of the people in general.

Which is it? You said 'most people'. Now you 'don't care'? Whatever...you are living in a misty of surreality...

Any sane person (and fluent in English) would have understood perfectly what I wrote.

I do not support 'evidence' of faked moon landings, blood libels and other unreal fantastic claims your mind has invented.

You should reread carefully what I wrote before making such deceptive claims.

While you're at it, why don't read the following. You might learn something: http://www.rys2sense.com/hub/get/post/9.htm

The truth is that all the evidence of 9/11 points to people other than Bin Laden, and I am surprised there are still so many people (not most people) who give these videos/audios any credence.

I would like to one day welcome you to planet earth, a place where posts on a thread or views expressed in MSM DO NOT represent truth or the views of the people in general.

Heh, you can start with specific proof that the general view of people on the planet earth matches your own...

Any sane person (and fluent in English) would have understood perfectly what I wrote.

I understood perfectly. You are trying to convince us that most of the world believes what you write. Most of the world knows better...

You should reread carefully what I wrote before making such deceptive claims.

Nah, nothing deceptive. I have carefully read what you write. You merely write fanstastic unrealistic and oft times rather racist stuff. I am merely pointing it out.

The truth is that all the evidence of 9/11 points to people other than Bin Laden,

Nah, the evidence does no such thing...

I am surprised there are still so many people (not most people) who give these videos/audios any credence.

Nah, most people (not many) give these videos and audios lots of credit. No need to be surprised by reality...unless you choose to be unrealistic, as you seem to do.

May be Osama or may not be. But the war in Afghanistan is a total waste of time, money, li8ves and the rest. Will all end with nothing achieved and plenty of damage done.

Heres the thing though. What you seem to have forgotten, is that Al-Qaida, supported by the country of Afghanistan through their government at the time, the Taliban was directly responsible for 9-11. Thats not something most people will forget. America will not allow or permit the Taliban to return to power. They lost that right when they chose to assist in attacking America.

Osama bin Laden said . . . Obama’s strategy in Afghanistan is “hopeless”

Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck and Joe Wilson must pay for this statement.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

sabiwabi

You never know when to give up, do you? You still think al-Qaida wasn't responsible for 9/11? Incredible, that people like you exist in the world. Why don't you put your well-documented bigotry toward Israel aside for a minute?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Didn't he hear that feel good speech in Egypt?

Who are radical muslims to believe: Osama or Obama?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Ha ha ha. Bin Laden does not realise he started this war. If he is still alive I advise him to hurry up and die!!! he made the whole world in a mess.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

sabi, in your own opinion, does Al Qaida even exist? I mean if they haven't done any of these horrible things, then what purpose are they to anyone?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

does Al Qaida even exist?...

Al Quaeda is a front. Just read this and you'll understand:

Al Quaeda is a front.

Heh, news to Al Quaeda...they think they are real...silly them...

Just read this and you'll understand

We already understand...Now, maybe you'll understand:

How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg? Four. Calling a tail a leg doesn't make it a leg. ~Abraham Lincoln

Bin Laden crossed a line with me and a lot of progressives when he attacked Obama.

Not cool.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Heh, Bin Laden appealing to Americans after (claiming) bombing them! Har!

11 minutes? Guess Obama shut him up.

And Al-Qaeda wasn't started about Palestine - it was about US troops being in the holy land of Saudi Arabia during the first Iraq Desert Storm. Heck, even the Palestinian Hamas don't want to be associated with them and are throwing the Al-Qaeda affiliators out.

Also, Bin Laden's charge that the US wage wars for the benefit of big companies that bankrupts the US sounds contradictory.

As for the Afghan war, what if turn that question around: isn't Al-Qaeda "waging a hopeless and losing war, a war in which the end is not visible on the horizon?"

RomeoRamenII: Bill Clinton didn't have the guts? hmmm...

check http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UaNIBFSMjb8 and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lT7yKfXN4p0&feature=fvw

He actually wanted to hunt down OBL but the Rep. made everything they could so he couldn't. Please watch the interview.

Bin Laden: claiming to explain to the U.S. public the root causes of the conflict—which he said were the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

This is a flat out lie. Bin Laden has never done anything for the Palestinians. He kills people in Egypt and Iraq and Turkey and Kuwait and Saudi Arabia because of Israel and Palestine?

It's still shocking how some people still walk around saying the same thing as Bin Laden. That's why he says it. People want to believe that it's the reason for his actions so he obliges in order to bolster his credibility with the radical left.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Also, Bin Laden's charge that the US wage wars for the benefit of big companies that bankrupts the US sounds contradictory.

No, it is spot on. The US is bankrupt, and a few big companies have made a huge amount of money from the war.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

The US is bankrupt

Ummm...No, it most certainly is not. Though it is funny to see you agreeing with Bin Laden who you say isn't saying what you now agree with him saying.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Bin Laden is correct here. The military adventure in Afghanistan (the graveyard of empires) can not be "won" under the current premises. (By any defintion of "winning" that we have heard so far.)

What is surprising is that he wishes the US to leave. I would expect he wished them to stay and continue bleeding resources. Of course he knows that him advising to leave he is strengthening the resolve to stay. A good chess move a by winning player.
