Perhaps a direct hit by a missile prevented the recorders from working? Just a thought. They are supposed to be crash proof, but there's nothing in the specs that says they should survive a missile hit.

Is the black box from this Boeing mass casualty event defective too?

Now tell us, that some of the hyperintelligent birds managed to enter the plane by turbine and then directly located and switched off both boxes intentionally. lol

Anyone who bothers to do their due dilligence will find that this is just the latest in the ruling party's nonsensical statements regarding information that would compromise their image or expose them and their colleagues as incompetent.

BTW, Boeing outsources lots of components in their aircraft.

Based on photos this black box (actually an orange box) was made by Honeywell. Honeywell is a diversified company known for all sorts of electronics from home thermostats to black boxes and data acquisition boxes for extremely specialized test equipment.

I friend works for Honeywell, in their commercial HVAC systems architectures. They have clients worldwide.
