So, in Blinken's version of english, America making problems for the world and China trying to mitigate the effects is both countries behaving responsibly.

Yes, only a few letters separate responsibly and responsibility, but they are IMPORTANT

Supporting fascist Russia and terrorist Iran is not mitigating any problems in the world.

Indeed.

NO! For China perspective,Russia is not a fascist state but a nation at war fighting for survival.NATO eastward expansion is an instant threat.

About Iran, China is interesting only their oil but not anything else about them. If Iran is a terrorist state, then America signed JCPOA and paying ransom to Iran for hostages is sponsoring terrorists as well.

@Richard : a few letters separate responsibly and responsibility

No, it wasn't about a few letters. It was about principal. China has owed nobody's responsibility!

have an obligation for our people -- indeed an obligation to the world

No, no! Mr Blinken you are responsible with the boss who pays you and your party, you have no friends except money. And the Chinese were very disguised by your hypocrisy. The people of America were disgusting of you as well.

We don't believe your narration about Ukraine or Gaza, you have bloods on your hands as well. If you cannot fool your fellow countrymen, you can fool us as well. Go home, please !
