Shouldn't that be Blinken tries to keep the ISRAELI war from spreading.

It is the one being tried for violating the CPPCG after all.

While conducting genocide, they also attack neighboring countries. How they expect it's not gonna spread.

Typical Biden-Nuland-Blinken-neo-lib stuff. Pretend we didn't do it and the point the finger of blame at others.

Blowback is coming.

Pathetic farce..

'Guys, we are gonna continue to support Israel while they conduct genocide, so we would appreciate you turning a blind eye and staying out of it. What can we do to sweeten that deal a little?'

Sickening. Disgusting.

Trying to look like the peacemaker whilst playing Kingmaker in Israel. How long does the world accept this farce?

More do what I say not what I do diplomacy!

The US could stop this genocide tomorrow if they really wanted to!

2 ( +10 / -8 )

Blinken is actually warning the Arab countries to not get involved in Israel's international law compliant fight against the various Arab terrorist groups in the region.

Israel will continue with its humanitarian efforts directed at civilians, and defensive precision attacks on the terrorists and supporters.

The US recognizes the potential for further attempted genocidal efforts by the Arabs, and serves to let them know neither Israel nor the West will tolerate.

Those Arab countries will do themselves right by not biting off more than they can chew, as opposed to the path leadership in Gaza chose.

Blowback is coming.

The US isn't pretending Hezbollah and the Houthis didn't do anything. Blowback could likely burn Iran, too, so they and their proxies had better be careful.

How long does the world accept this farce?

Judging by the last 75 years, at least another 75 years.

What a stain Blinken is.

1 ( +8 / -7 )

Secretly suppling Israel with weapons including Phosphorus and 2000 pound bombs does not sound like someone who desire nor promote PEACE.

Mr. Blinken is playing games with the lives of the Women, Children, and Infants of Gaza.

This is not a serious post, right?

Unfortunately it is. Everyone has their own take on things. Freedom of being divorced from reality is how they categorise those sorts these days.

Blinken is still lying and spreading war as much as he can. I can't wait for him to get fired in November.

-3 ( +5 / -8 )

How long is the world going to put up with this farce?

How much time between "I ain't gonna play Sun City" became a popular hit with younger Americans, and Nelson Mandela looking the White State in South Africa's so called leaders, AND American media straight in the eye and REFUSING TO CONDEMN A DEADLY TERRORIST ATTACK, because asking someone who has been subjected to violent oppression, State sponsored death squads pretending to be defense forces, and being at the mercy of an injustice system their entire lives to be satisfied with 'hope' things will change is inhuman.

Because young Americans are sickened by the American government supporting such a regime, once again.

-3 ( +5 / -8 )

Being personally linked to Israel, Blinken is hardly the "honest broker" and so far he has only blinked before Netanyahu. First things first, he should stop letting the Israeli tail wag the American dog and STOP the Israeli terror bombing in Gaza before worrying about the conflagration started by Israel spreading to surrounding countries. It can't be emphasized too much that the Gaza "war" is a misnomer used to gaslight the world into accepting the Israeli "lawn mowing" of the ghetto as if Gaza were Nazi Germany (Dresden) or militarist Japan (Hiroshima), examples impudent Israeli apologists have cited to justify the carnage and destruction as a means of bringing "Hamas" to its knees.

Hypocrisy and Face at full display, while people are being killed and lives being destroyed by the very same people in these photos.

What about kids under ,say, 8 years old ?

Hamas next generation I suppose ?

As opposed to oil barons that have occupied the position before?

Well, yes. You are looking for someone to surrender America for you. Not sure how Trump will accomplish that effectively unless conducts his foreign policy directly, though.

This administration has given them well over a thousand 2000 pound bombs recently - fact.

-2 ( +6 / -8 )

Clarification: Biden/Blinken & Co. have sent well over five thousand 2000 pdrs.

This is called a Green Light.

"No one on the "good side" in a war could or would ever claim that there are no innocents in a warzone."

Yes they certainly would.

Garbage.

The Allies were the good guys fighting Japan, and Germany.

Was it the official view of the Allies that there were no innocents in Nazi Germany or Imperial Japan?

What you seem to be implying is that all those people killed in all those bombing raids were all "bad guys" who deserved what they got, regardless of age, gender or civilian status. Just like all the Palestinians presumably deserve it because they are all "bad" too, right?

-2 ( +3 / -5 )

This so-called "war" of Israel's on the Palestinians will soon be forced to change its fraudulent nomenclature to GENOCIDE after the ICJ has issued its verdict on the Jewish occupier and its Western accomplices.

Thankfully the so-called "Western accomplices"--which make up the 84 countries that support Israel, do not advocate the antisemitic genocidal beliefs of the terrorists and its supporters who refuse to accept Israel's right to exist.

-3 ( +4 / -7 )

The Middle East is always on the brink of destruction. Always has been, always will be.

The trick is to keep them talking through diplomacy as a means to dial down the violence and release a little pressure.

"There are no innocent civilians. It is their government and you are fighting a people, you are not trying to fight an armed force anymore. So it doesn't bother me so much to be killing the so-called innocent bystanders."

Curtis E. LeMay, Lieutenant General, USAF.

Is that what you think about the Palestinians in Gaza?

1 ( +4 / -3 )

Is that what you think about the Palestinians in Gaza?

Does Israel have the right to exist?

Does Israel have the right to defend itself against attacks by Arab countries and terrorist factions?

Was Hamas solely responsible for the Oct. 7 attack, murder, and kidnapping of people just going about their day in Israel?

Were non-Hamas people dancing in the streets in Gaza after the attack?
