the militant group reiterated its demand for an end to the war, something Israel has thus far ruled out.

The terrorists started this war, Israel will decide when it wants to end it.

Israel participates in many wars, directly or indirectly.

Supplied weapons to apartheid South Africa, supplied weapons to brutal dictatorships in Central America, supplies weapons to the military junta in Myanmar.

Israel is in the top ten of weapons exporters and is the world leader in exporting drone and technology in facial recognition.....Gaza is its giant laboratory.

Israel promotes war products to foreign nations based on their successful use on unarmed Palestinians.

Oh...but poor Israel....

Upset Israel is crushing terrorist regime?

Looking at the faces of these Palestinian children watching these dead body gives me the chills .

Israel may be able to defeat Hamas but it can never defeat these future generations of angry Palestinians.

Lot's of hard work will be needed to harvest Peace in Palestine .

Mr. Netanyahu will be gone and future leaders on both sides will have the monumental task of repairing and rebuilding,

Hamas and the current Israeli leaders will have to answer these kids at some point.

“We know the immense benefits that would come for everyone concerned with Israel’s further integration into the region, starting with the benefits for Israel,” Blinken said.

Blinken is dreaming if he thinks Israel will ever integrate in the region. that ship has sailed

Israel is surrounded by Arab countries in that region. It's already been integrated. There are plenty of places to go for those Arabs in Gaza.

It will NEVER be integrated. I don't even think its going to survive

There are plenty of places to go for those Arabs in Gaza.

And the Israelis can go to the US. That is the real jewish state.

Israel stands strong as the only beacon of democracy in the Middle East.

There was never a call for a "Palestinian State" until just over 50 years ago.

Whereas the history of Israel and the Jewish people extends to over 3500 years.

That is why historically, there is no archaeological site where any "Palestine" artifacts have been discovered--unless they refer to Israel.

There is no mention of a Palestine country, or leader in any literature.

Israel participates in many wars, directly or indirectly.

What country doesn't?

Supplied weapons to apartheid South Africa, supplied weapons to brutal dictatorships in Central America, supplies weapons to the military junta in Myanmar.

As did Arab countries, such as Saudi Arabia.

And the US, UK, Germany, France and so on, More than 40 years ago.

Israel is in the top ten of weapons exporters and is the world leader in exporting drone and technology in facial recognition.....Gaza is its giant laboratory.

Those are all devices to be used in security efforts, and would not be needed in Gaza if not for the terrorists based there.

Israel promotes war products to foreign nations based on their successful use on unarmed Palestinians.

Not true, as much of the bombing in Israel's precise strikes on Gaza is done with US made bunker bombs.

Disagree? Try and prove me wrong.

Whether or not there was ever a country called Palestine is irrelevant. The Palestinian people, as they are now known, have lived in the Palestine/Israel region for hundreds, if not thousands of years. It's like arguing that there have been no archaeological sites where any "Pakistani" or "Namibian" artifacts have been discovered. It's just a label for a group of people who live in a specific area, and it can change.

There is one country agenda that will ultimately decide the fate of Palestine, its people its future, Israel, US congress.

Go on state it, that two!

No, Israeli/US Government middle eastern policy agenda has always sung from the same hymn sheet.

The current "Palestinian" people, named after a movement started just over 50 years ago surely lived in that region for thousands of years, no doubt about that, because they are Arabs.

And, most of the "Palestinian" people in Gaza for example came from Egypt, an Arab country, or Saudi Arabia.

It would be like a group of Japanese moving onto land in Europe and suddenly claiming they are a people distinctive from Japanese.

It doesn't work like that.

arent you the guy who said this issue was settled when David killed Goliath?

wasnt that in what we now call Gaza? Was Goliath not of the Philistines?

You don’t see any similarity between Philistine and Palestine? I mean, they are like, the exact same place.

and living there for, as you put it, thousands of years, doesn’t count, because they are Arabs?

hope you weren’t raised on any former Native American lands, Zibala. Because by your logic, their creation narrative gives them the right to boot your a$$ out.

I support Israel’s right to exist. But your argument that the Palestinians have no claim whatsoever is pure unadulterated crap.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

7th October 2023 Hamas, in retrospect, could even contend with little realisation to the devastating outcome condemned Palestine, its people to a catastrophic future of brutal unwavering conflict war.

It is pointless, cruel even to rake over the histrionics, Israeli with the full support of US Congress will see this to the end.

I doubt this will conclude with the eradication of Hamas.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

I beg to differ, itsonlyrocknroll.

i think this is exactly what they intended. The Palestine issue is front and center again because Hamas successfully provoked Israel into going full medieval.

Hamas can die to the last fighter and still the Palestinian issue is front and center worldwide, undoing the Abraham accords that would have put their cause on some dusty shelf.

they’ve already won.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

arent you the guy who said this issue was settled when David killed Goliath?

wasnt that in what we now call Gaza?

No, not in Gaza. No relevance or relation to Gaza.

Was Goliath not of the Philistines?

Yeah, Philistines, who are primarily settled in Lebanon now.

You don’t see any similarity between Philistine and Palestine? I mean, they are like, the exact same place.

Nope. Different, because Palestine is not even mentioned in the Bible. And does not appear hundreds of years later in the Koran either.

But your argument that the Palestinians have no claim whatsoever is pure unadulterated crap.

Prove it. There is a country Israel, and no country called Palestine, Where does your argument begin?

Kurumazaka 2

Yes I think the two state Palestinian solution is the global community foremost resolution.

I also believe in public it is US government, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken formula blueprint to holdout any hope of a ceasefire. The release of the hostages

In private US congress, cross party, will provide the military aid for the IDF to pursue this war in whatever direction IDF wishes to take.

The destruction, soon to be the complete levelling of infostructure both north and south, will represent decades of rebuilding to sustain even the basics to maintain refugee camp status.

The Government of Israel is adamant that Gaza will be occupied indefinitely.
