Do you really know what the situation is in Israel, or are you just following some media narrative? Do you really care? Ask yourself why you have a problem with a country defending itself from terrorism. Ask yourself, when did you begin to think anti-semitic thoughts.

First off, I am a property owner. I have a strong believe in private property rights.  What I dislike about Israel is that they take private property from those who's religion they oppose, Muslim and Christian Palestinians, and give it to those of the religion they prefer. That to me is deeply immoral. Israel is taking land that does not belong to them to satisfy what they see is some kind of religious requirement, based on my own reading of the Old Testament which includes all the books of the Torah and then some more Christians added. The government of Israel under international law has no right to remove people from their land during a military occupation and replace them with Israelis. That is a violation of the Geneva Conventions. Israel has a positive duty under international law to return that land in the Occupied Territories to the rightful owners and leave.

Secondly, opposing the policies of the government of Israel is not anti-semitism. The Palestinians are by definition a semitic people. In ancient history the term "Semite" included Arabs, Assyrians, the Akkadians of Babylonia, the Canaanites, Aramean tribes, certain groups in Ethiopia and the Hebrew tribes. Most Semitic groups were nomadic and traveled throughout the Arabic peninsula. By 2,500 BC they had migrated as far as Mesopotamia, Egypt and the Mediterranean coastline.

As for terrorism, if some religious group came to my home, bulldozed it, bulldozed my olive trees and forced me to flee at gunpoint so their co-religionists could take my land from me I would take up arms and fight to the death to get my land back. That would become my sacred duty to my family. I do not consider that to be terrorism at all. It is not all that different from what the founders of my own country did to get rid of the miserable British a couple of hundred years ago, you know, back when King George's Redcoats could take your home and throw you out so they could bivouac British soldiers in your home and eat your food.

Why not be upset with a government that wants to wipe out an entire people?

Cool! Any thoughts on Israel repeatedly stealing Palestinian lands?

US Blinken warns incoming Israel Netanyahu gov't against settlements, annexation:

Veteran Bibi is no stranger to rocket attacks, missile counter bombings & the like.

Expect the scenarios that happened countless times in this warring land before to be re-engaged in the near future..

I wish the US would stop sending Israel money, cut off access to US arms and reduce their diplomatic footprint there. I don't like seeing my money go to a government that treats people the way the Israeli government treats the Palestinians in the Occupied Territories.

Netanyahu will listen to no one and now as extreme right Palestinian hating politicians in his government. Netanyahu went from bad to worse all because Isreal can't form and keep a government.

Ask yourself, how can you change.

Criticizing the government is not anti-Semitic.

What are extreme right Palestinian hating politicians?

More than 20% of Israeli citizens are Palestinian Arabs. If they felt hated they would leave, yet they prefer to live peacefully in the only democracy in the Middle East.

Why not recognize the Israeli hating Palestinian government Hamas? This is where the violence stems from in most cases.

As soon as the argument begins and ends unilaterally with the Israeli anything, there are questions to be asked.

Israeli Prime Minister-designate Benjamin Netanyahu’s conservative Likud party has signed its first coalition deal with the far-right Jewish Power party, giving ultranationalist leader Itamar Ben-Gvir the police ministry and a seat in the security cabinet.

Itamar Ben-Gvir was best known as a fringe Palestinian-hating religious far-right provocateur.

That's what Al Jazeera calls one politician.

Why not be upset with a government that wants to wipe out an entire people?

From Hamas' charter:

'Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will

obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it.' (Preamble)
