A New York billionaire for President. Cool idea. What could possibly go wrong?

If Bloomberg wants to help America, he should buy Fox News. He would be doing the nation and the world a great service.

@burningbusThank you AIPAC for encouraging Bloomberg to run as a Democrat.

Pushing another anti-semitic conspiracy theory.

Hunter who got a few billion from the Ukrainians.

Pushing another conspiracy theory.

If Bloomberg wants to help America, he should buy Fox News.

That’ll never happen. Lol

He would be doing the nation and the world a great service

He did. until he got rid of stop and frisk as mayor.

-4 ( +2 / -6 )

He did. until he got rid of stop and frisk as mayor.

Except that Terry stops are easily abused to harass people, typically minorities.

0 ( +2 / -2 )

Without it, NYC would still be the murder Capitol of the world and now under DeBlasio crime is slowly creeping up again.

-6 ( +1 / -7 )

I know reading is difficult for some and that's why they prefer watching Fox "News," but here are the real reasons crime has fallen in NYC:

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.csmonitor.com/layout/set/amphtml/USA/Justice/2018/0103/Why-New-York-crime-has-plunged-to-record-lows

Notice it has to do with stop and frisk being abolished?

3 ( +5 / -2 )

This is inaccurate. Then again, you've repeatedly established that accuracy is not your strong point.

No, it’s very accurate. 110% accurate and around that time I was living in NYC and he and Giuliani were instrumental in making that drastic change, started in Rudy and continued under Bloomberg and he did an outstanding job at keeping us safe and restoring pride and dignity to the city and now under this DeBlasio it’s all eroding and fast. Bloomberg was a decent guy except when he was trying to dictate to people how to love their lives and how and what to eat which was extremely ignoring. But would I vote for him as President, Nope, never.

-6 ( +0 / -6 )

My chances are better winning the Mega Millions and Powerball on consecutive night, than Bloomberg becoming President

0 ( +0 / -0 )

GO AWAY.

We don't need any more billionaire this-is-my-new-hobby presidents.

JUST. GO. AWAY.

Bloomberg doesn't want any of the Democrats, especially Bernie and Liz, to mess with his millions. The man is a two faced, anyway the wind blows, political chameleon who may end up sabotaging the chances of the Democrats in 2020. Go away please.

No, here are the actual reasons without why it’s going up

I rather like Bloomberg, but he's late for the big dance.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Zichi, you saw what you wanted to see - and got it all wrong.

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

How can Michael Bloomberg be campaigning, in the same correlative party as, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Pete Buttigieg,Tulsi Gabbard, Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, and possibility Hilary Clinton??

Both Michael Bloomberg and Hilary Clinton are politicly chalk and cheese in comparison with the groups mentioned.

There is two politically distinct ideologies campaigning for the same space, but worlds apart

0 ( +0 / -0 )

I rather like Bloomberg, but he's late for the big dance

He’s late, but Bloomberg is a candidate that’s just all over the place politically. First he was a Republican originally, then he was an Independent and now a Democrat. He just don’t have anywhere near a chance, not to mention the guy doesn’t have any charisma.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

Another elitist. We don't need the rich to govern the rest of us.

that’s just all over the place politically. First he was a Republican originally, then he was an Independent and now a Democrat.

Sounds a bit like your good self, come to think of it... maybe not in the same order, though.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

He’s late, but Bloomberg is a candidate that’s just all over the place politically. First he was a Republican originally, then he was an Independent and now a Democrat.

Trump was all over the place too.

One difference is that Bloomberg is a very good businessman. Much better and richer than Trump.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

Sounds a bit like your good self

Not really, I’ve been a conservative most of my adult life, when I was young and dumb for a year I was a Democrat. But having said that, I’m not running for office and Bloomberg knows he can’t win, older, short, pushy when it comes to personal and individual rights, zero charisma, but he has the cash and for now it’s still a free country so why not? Go for it.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

wonder who will run with Bloomberg?

The new Dem dream team is Joe Biden and any 1 of 4 women as VP.

none of whom he knows their name so he had to describe them. “The lady who got fired” was one choice. Not promising there Joe. wonder if she smells good.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

A New York billionaire for President. Cool idea. What could possibly go wrong?

And if Trump was of modest means and from California, you'd say, "A California man of modest means for president. What could possibly go wrong?"

This is all moot. The Democratic primary is just to determine who is going to lose to Trump in a landslide next year. Whether it's one of the clowns currently running, or Tulsi or Yang or Delany ( unlikely ), or Hillary if she jumps in ( more likely ), or Michelle if she jumps in ( unlikely ).

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

By your own account, you voted for Clinton and said Trump

Yes, but I would never vote for a confused person like Bloomberg.

If being president means just being a successful business man then Bloomberg has been more successful than Trump

Not when it comes to connecting with people, even with the billions..

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

Yes, but I would never vote for a confused person like Bloomberg.

Just someone who doesn't know where their own father was born and thinks there were airfields 127 years before airplanes were invented. Smooth counter argument.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

But did you vote for a confused person like Trump who can't even remember all the lies he spill?

I didn’t vote for Obama and look at the lies he told"

you posted much worse about Trump

And worser about the Democrats.

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

I didn’t vote for Obama and look at the lies he told"

Only a willful ignorant person would compare the number of lies Donny has told with the number of lies Obama told. But, it is an attempted deflection.

And worser about the Democrats.

Moat of it, obviously, being inaccurate.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

Only a willful ignorant person would compare the number of lies Donny has told with the number of lies Obama told. But, it is an attempted deflection.

Ok, that’s one opinionated opinion..

Moat of it, obviously, being inaccurate.

To be more accurate since 2000

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

I hope he goes all out in the battle with Biden.

Bloomberg's got billions in cash and owns a newswire.

It's going to be an interesting fight.

I’m Curious to see how much money Biden will have left to fight Trump when it's over.

This is the conundrum for Joe, he doesn’t have the money Bloomberg has not even close and can’t raise big amounts of cash because in the words of David Axelrod “Biden is Mr. Magooing his way through this process and is really unlikely to get more donors coming his way.”

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

How’s this for a plan. Biden takes Hillary as his VP, then a year into the presidency he dies... and suddenly we’ve got Hillary in the White House! That would be the ultimate reply to trump ever!

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Note: I can’t take credit for that idea.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Ok, that’s one opinionated opinion..

It's a fact. Donny lies about every minute.

Isn't every opinion opinionated? Smooth writing.

To be more accurate since 2000

Okay. You've been inaccurate about democrats since 2000.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

One thing we can rule out is a Biden-Bloomberg Democratic ticket because the Dems have an unspoken rule against running two white guys on their ballot.

Despite the fact that Biden has Ukrainian oligarchs feeding him cash via his son, Bloomberg can easily top that.

Wow, Burningbus, you're lies are extremely blatant today. You must be going for that November bonus.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

One thing we can rule out is a Biden-Bloomberg Democratic ticket because the Dems have an unspoken rule against running two white guys on their ballot.

Amazing how such falsehoods are promoted as fact. Be prepared, as the elections loom ever nearer, for an influx of similar misinformation and dubious content.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

It's a fact. Donny lies about every minute.

Isn't every opinion opinionated? Smooth writing.

The Democrats lie every second

Okay. You've been inaccurate about democrats since 2000.

Not in 2000, 2004, 2010, 2014.

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

The Democrats lie every second

This is opinion, not fact. Remind us, is it 13 or 14 thousand lies your dear leader has made?

1 ( +2 / -1 )

Bloomberg could create more jobs than Trump has failed to do.

He probably could, but no one will vote for him and Bloomberg knows it. He has the personality of a turnip, dull, tasteless and boring and being short and bald is not helping him, sorry to say.

Losing his base support with white women turning away.

Yeah. The media continues to perpetuate that myth just like with this impeachment hoax. First, he’s done, he’s finished, this is it and barely a dent. If you have outgoing Republican like Congressman Will Hurt, very critical of the President over the years and not a big fan saying he’s not convinced that an impeachable crime took place, then the Dems don’t have any hope of them bailing on Trump to convict and remove him, not to mention the majority of Americans not for impeachment the latest poll in Wisconsin shows it. No Democrat as of now, Bloomberg included can beat Trump on this economy, none of them and again, Bloomberg will never be the nominee. Just keeping it real.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

It's a fact. Donny lies about every minute.

Isn't every opinion opinionated? Smooth writing.

The Democrats lie every second

The number of one man’s lies compared with the sum of lies of an entire political party?

Is that the metric now?

3 ( +4 / -1 )

This is opinion, not fact.

No, it’s fact, we can start with each one and run down the line of every House Democrat that has lied this year, it would fill a stadium.

Remind us, is it 13 or 14 thousand lies your dear leader has made?

Combined to the Dems lies and multiply that by 9.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

No, it’s fact, we can start with each one and run down the line of every House Democrat that has lied this year, it would fill a stadium.

This is still opinion. Not fact.

Combined to the Dems lies and multiply that by 9.

Why do Trumpists continue to support and defend a barely literate pathological liar?

2 ( +3 / -1 )

not to mention the majority of Americans not for impeachment the latest poll in Wisconsin shows it.

I love polls. As you've pointed out before, you can use them to back up any belief or argument that supports your stance.

No, it’s a known fact

Why do Trumpists continue to support and defend a barely literate pathological liar?

Liberals can never get this President out, except at the ballot box and none of their boring candidates at this point and time can do it.

I love polls. As you've pointed out before, you can use them to back up any belief or argument that supports your stance.
