Obama definitely has his share of the blame.

Right...right...right... Obama's fault. There was an earthquake in Oklahoma last week, also. Obama's fault. < :-)

Classic! And you guys were ranting on and on that WE thought Obama was 'the chosen one'? It's nice that you think Obama is so grand that he can affect everything in the world, but let's be real, shall we? He had nothing to do with with this.

"On Monday, Dudley said many parties, including the media and rival oil companies, were guilty of “a great rush to judgment” before all the facts were known."

And yet when the facts were presented, BP denied and denied and denied.

Obama shares some of the blame. Polls (in America, so you wouldn't understand) reflect that.

"The brutal, almost sadistic trashing of BP by the imperious Obama administration, which has helped wipe out about half its value, threatens its very future," Gardiner said, "as well as the pensions of 18 million British people and the jobs of 29,000 Americans."

that was from Nile Gardiner, in the Telegraph (not an American paper) last June.

He had nothing to do with with this.

that's why he waited 2 months to respond with any action.

Really? As far as I can see BP's own investigation report said there were multiple failures by multiple parties, including their own.

The results of the various investigations, esp of the NAE/NRC commitee, havent been reported yet, so right now there are no facts, just supposition like yours.
