Not needed. And if you understood equality you would have to have men-only cars.

Would they studiously ignore each other, or would it be a riot of animated conversation?

A new world norm approaching? What are we coming to?

The UK has a long way to go to catch up with Japan. Back in the 1990s the was even a magazine published for groping enthusiasts. If memory serves me right, its name was "Finger Press."

As stated above, they should also have male-only carriages. Men need the freedom from risk of false accusations, as much as women need freedom from risk of assault.

"As stated above, they saccusations lso have male-only carriages. Men need the freedom from risk of false accusations, as much as women need freedom from risk of assault."
Agree.

Gender-specific carriages would solve the problem of heterosexual molestation. Doesn't do anything about homosexual molestation, though. Just sayin'.

It still is women who get physically assaulted, not men. Give women more space. It seems more women get abused than men falsely accused of molestation.

" It still is women who get(more often) physically assaulted, not men. Give women more space. It seems more women get abused than men falsely accused of molestation."
I agree with that (note the insert), but to greatly reduce the risk of false accusations a Men-Only carriage isn't unreasonable, is it?

This would not be an issue if their were not so many perverts with no self control.

Why not add security cameras on all the trains? It's much easier to convict somebody if there is hard evidence. In most cases, people will behave better if somebody is watching you. If you have no hard evidence, it's your word against his, and it's more difficult to convict.

Yes MarkG, let's set out to change all of human behavior. That sounds practical.

It's just human respect scipantheist! If you don't have you deserve what you get.
Put the shoe on the other foot. How would you feel as an attractive woman being grabbed by some scumbag!
No wonder we all can't get along. To many people are too accepting of undesirable behavior.
