Just on that - how much training do these Iraqi forces need? They have been trained from whoa to go for the last 13 years. What is it about them that they seem to be unable to absorb the most basic element of being a soldier? Iraqis don't want to fight. And why should they? They are being "trained" by their invaders to kill their own people. I may be just guessing here but I think their heart is not in it.

That's kind of like suspecting police don't have their heart in policing, because they are being trained to capture/kill their own people. But many people want to clean up their countries, and the fact that the people they are dealing with are their own people is secondary to the fact that the people they are dealing with are harming their country.
