British PM left daughter, 8, at the pub

This wouldn't really be anything newsworthy if not for the people involved. I'm just glad the li'l one was okay, and heck, even helped out the staff.

So not newsworthy - more so in Japan when parents knowingly leave their two year olds home alone!

When David Cameron says "We're all in this together", he's clearly not talking about the family Range Rover on the way home.

It happens. I don't care for the guys politics, but anyone with a big enough family has probably had this happen, at least once.

I dont see the big deal here, I see kids of 8 years old and younger alone in Japan and elsewhere all the time.
