It's a shame he made no efforts to prevent them, despite being warned.

He may not be up to the task of WAGING wars, especially needless and costly (and illegal!) ones, like bush, but he's certainly far more capable to stop them and bring about peace. It's a shame you want war so badly, my friend (especially when you won't get up and help out), but I think you'll find peace is far preferable.

At any rate, I agree that bush's words were decent, but it's very easy to make a speech like he did on your way out the door. If he could have been this politik during his entire reign, the world might not be in such a mess and the US might actually be respected. Fortunately, Obama will give that back to the people, while bush will rightfully go into the annals as the worst US president of all time.

I think that transitions of power in the United States, especially when it involves a change in political parties, have always been and will be again this time very gratifying to witness. I oppose Obama very strongly, but would never consider doing anything to question his legitimacy as our nations leader. To do otherwise, would be damaging to us all.

If Obama has any problems I'm sure he could always ask Socialist President Bush about how to manage the banks and insurance companies Bush nationalized or perhaps how to nationalize more of the market place. Bush would probable be more then willing to help.
