If they had taken the South Korean example: by testing everybody early on, in order to isolate those who already have it. By taking it very seriously from the start, South Korea was able to avoid a lockdown

But now some people don't even wanna wear masks. How can they keep the economy open when not everybody is taking all precautions possible
