It sounds like the thing to do. At least, it is a start, but more environmental hazards need to be banned. What about these small plastic toys McDonald's and other hamburger outlets pour into the environment as Happy Meals come-ons for kids? 

All countries should be banning plastic where it is unnecessary like plastic bags at stores. It isn't difficult to bring your own non-plastic bag, so there is no need for plastic bags to hold groceries or purchases. They pollute, kill wildlife, likely harm humans and serve no purpose. All they do is make money for the producers at a huge cost to everyone else.

Smart move, Canada. Show the world what we need to do. America isn't great now, so lead the way!
