The protesters didn't do their cause much good when they refused to wear masks in local businesses and stole food from homeless shelters.

Canadians are all in this together, but one group feels like they should treat their fellow Canadians with disdain during their protest against vaccine mandates.

The United States has imposed the same requirement on truckers entering that country so Canada removing it would make little difference.

A rather important detail. Similar to the cries at the southern border. Be consistent in your freedoms and outrage.

I think it’s bizarre that people can fly across the border without being vaccinated, but truckers cannot drive across.

Policies concerning the coronavirus as well as most other health issues are made by the provincial governments and not by the federal government.

The truckers and their supporters might have been better off hiring lobbyists who know to whom they should talk to to try to persuade the provincial governments to change their vaccine mandates.

I have no idea why people and politicians have led others to believe that vaccination would end or even slow down the spread of COVID. I wonder even more how substances which in no way reduce infection and transmission are called “vaccines” when, at best, they are a moderately effective therapeutic. Currently, the majority of COVID infections, hospitalizations are among the vaccinated. Can anyone explain the logic behind allowing only the vaccinated to eat out, to travel, or to go to school?

Many refused to wear masks in hotels, malls and grocery stores and one homeless shelter reported protesters had demanded it feed them.

Criminals and grifters is what this sorry crowd is made up of. I am more than happy that they are freezing out there, only worry is for the small businesses and the homeless, the ones these grifters are stealing from!

Completely wrong. You are many more times more likely to be hospitalized or die if you are unvaccinated.

To encourage vaccination because it reduces load on hospitals and saves lives. 2. To reduce the spread of the virus.

As the convoys passed through EVERY SINGLE SMALL and LARGE town, hundreds, if not thousands of people went out to wave flags and set off fireworks.... NOT a small ordeal!

ALL my grandmas neighbors and her 80 year old self went out to the highway like it was a Santa Claus Parade in the 1980s!!!

I had my uncle, who lives in Ottawa, pick me up a local newspaper over the weekend, he was telling me that people were having BBQs on the street and handing out food for free, much like the Calgary Stampede *Canadas largest annual festival?

So basically Trudeau ran away.

If the USA addressed the Canadian situation the same way it handled the Venezuelan situation, it would already have declared Jordan Peterson the new democratically-legitimate leader of Canada and transferred all of the Canadian gold reserves to his personal account.

Now I’m not suggesting it should, merely that it’s interesting to observe the different way the US government and media behave toward these fleeing foreign leaders, depending upon how controlled the deposed leader is by the New Neo-Liberal, Rules-Based World Order.

The headline to this hit piece should be changed: the protestors are ANTI-MANDATE, not anti-vaccine. There's a huge and very important difference.

But that doesn't suit the lying coward Trudeau's narrative. He claims to have caught COVID as an excuse to isolate. A true leader would stand up there and talk directly to the protestors and negotiate with them. But he's no leader. He's a weak puppet.

I just hope the protestors hold their nerve and force Trudeau and other premiers to back down and resign. It'l be a long fight because the WEF types backing Trudeau have so much at stake - they lose their shill in Canada and the dominoes could start falling. The UK is already capitulating by overturning their ban on unjabbed NHS workers.

So they're resorting to their usual tactics of lying and trying to focus on any negative behaviour at all by the protestors to distract the public from the protests actual purpose. That may even extend to planting patsies with swastikas and the like to paint the protestors as dangerous extremists, racists and misogynists. Straight out of the Rules for Radicals playbook. Or using deceptive camera angles and under-reporting protestor numbers to propagate lies that the protestors represent a tiny minority.

But Trudeau's camp have to lie, because they're losing.

90% of Canadian truckers are vaccinated. The Association of Canadian Truckers, Alliance of Canadian Truckers, and similar groups oppose the protest.

The US government requires they be vaccinated to cross the border.

Most of the vaccine mandates are provincial mandates not federal.

These are fringe elements protesting and as a small minority of truckers (10%) they're only getting exposure because their trucks are so big and draw attention. If they were on foot, they'd be a pimple.

In a democracy you have to accept majority rules. The majority of people have spoken by being vaccinated. If you don't agree then you have problems with a democracy not with any so called 'freedoms' being taken away from you. If you insist on not getting vaccinated, it's your right not to. But then you need to accept and live within the rules set by the majority in both the private and public sectors.

A private restaurant asks you to wear masks and be vaccinated and you don't like it. Well then go to a another restaurant...if you can find one. Your government, those of neighboring countries, your own peer and support groups demand the same, you refuse. That's your choice. Your freedom. You now have the freedom to find another job.

OK, so the TRIPLE-vaxxed and once-recovered trudeau has been infected again, yet pushes his Stalinesque mandate... Got it.

Truth. Thankfully Canada has a smaller and less violent far-right fringe than in the US...
