Casey Anthony cleared of murdering young daughter in Florida trial

Everything points to Casey murdering Caylee, her child. Who put Caylee's body in a bag and put duct tape over her mouth and for what purpose? Why did Casey party when she knew her daughter was missing, was it to blow off tension caused when she murdered her daughter? Why is she not being prosecuted for disposing of a body and only for lying to the police? This whole verdict is wrong and the jury was not paying attention to the details or just wanted to end the trial and go home.

Just another case where reasonable doubt seems to be misunderstood. Yes, there is doubt that she killed the girl, but its not quite reasonable. Anyone who goes to all that trouble to get rid of a body then carries on like nothing happened...no reason at all why doubt should work in her favor. She just destroyed all the forensic evidence is all and did it quite intentionally.

Interesting isn't it? All the latest crime shows make that look like a snap. I wonder, is it too much trouble to have just one crime show that is realistic, so that everyone can be better prepared for reality?

First just so no one misunderstands my post.....I think she is GUILTY, no question in my opinion. The prosecution in this case failed to place Anthony at the scene of the murder, and failed to prove that she actually transported the body in the car. The forensics that they presented were in turn rebutted by the defence's (SP) own forensic experts. Both of these present reasonable doubt on which a jury cannot convict. The only thing the prosecution actually proved was that she lies about everything, and comes from a very dysfunctional family. The sadest part of this is, (besides Caylee's death) that now this psycho could actually admit to killing her daughter and there is nothing anyone could do about it unless new evidence could be presented. For those here who may not know, you cannot be tried for the same crime twice once a verdict is rendered. That is called double jepardy. You have to present new evidence to reopen a case. God I hope the find new evidence. She needs to be put in a little tiny room by herself for the rest of her life...much worse than being put to death.
