China offers to work with Biden; warns of new 'McCarthyism'

The ruling party in China calls themselves the CCP - Chinese Communist Party.

If you call yourself a "Communist", don't be surprised when others take you at that word and actually think you are communists. McCarthyism was about finding Communists out to harm US interests. Sorry if daily actions from some Chinese people, companies and the CCP-Govt support those fears. There are fixes for those issues, but most will come from inside China by actually tracking down the people, companies and CCP officials doing those deeds.

No. McCarthyism was about using anti-Communist fear-mongering to attack ones's DOMESTIC political opponents and gain DOMESTIC power thereby.

There have been many allegations, including human rights violations, actions by the Chinese military, especially in the South China Sea, and theft of American technology.

Corruption and bullying within and outside China have harmed the interests of US national security, undermined the sovereignty of our allies and partners, and violated the human rights and dignity of ethnic and religious minorities. The US Department of the Interior has grounded its drone fleet in China's global drone sector, facing growing security concerns about Chinese electronic electronics. Partnership with China means exposing its security and the US knows China's strategy better.

China seems extremely jubilant now that they’ll have a more compliant and close and very familiar friend they can deal with. Joe must be smiling from ear to ear, good to be back on familiar territory. And while Biden is working pleasing appeasing and capitulate to China, they get stronger and the nation on every level is getting hosed, no wonder they like the establishment. Can’t blame them actually, they see and opportunity and the left gives it to them.

Bottom line:

Republicans got nothin' to say about China. 'Cause their boy, Trump, just loves Russia.

And they are silent.

I was coming at it from McCarthyism inside China as people being oppressed by the ruling CCP-Govt would see. People who don't agree with the ruling party, get arrested, held indefinitely, forced into confessions, and re-education, then electronically monitored and their families threatened. Of course, none of that would happen in China.
