They have also said it's a new European strain of the virus imported on European sourced Salmon from Norway.
Strange how the fish in Norway - don't have the Virus.... perhaps inline with Common Chinese practice, they're not even European fish, but the local type rebadged as European...

The virus cannot survive in salmon. A cutting board in China had a trace of the virus. The most prevalent means of transmission is by air droplets between people in close proximity. The odds of transmission by surface contact is is very small, according to the latest information and studies.
