Many parents have petitioned and protested, only to be detained or warned against speaking out. Activists sympathetic to their cause have been harassed or taken away by police.

If only these people had something like the US Constitution's 2nd Ammendment.

Imagine a country where parents are limited to one child. Then the schools collapse due to shoddy design and workmanship. Then if you protest or complain you are persecuted. If this were my country I certainly wouldn't be proud of it.
