Typo removed: The totality of the evidence so far is that the U.S. has, indeed, taken concrete steps to limit climate change. More steps will be necessary? Absolutely! It will be much better if these steps are encouraged and matched by China and all other countries in the world; particularly those where coal is the primary source of industry and energy. The march towards renewable energy sources is clearly a win-win for everybody, regardless of any one person's domestic political views.

Thanks, republicans. It was your inability to let go of the past that caused the US to double down on oil instead of investing in renewable energy.

Not really, before any talks with China was to move forward they needed to address the intellectual property theft as well as screwing Americans on trade and that takes top priority over what China thinks not to mention as a Communist nation, the people don’t have any say as to what they think or want, the CCP does what and when it wants and its citizens just have to be quiet and accept it. Seriously, no one cares what China thinks, but at least China needs to first address the US concerns, human rights concerns and then we can listen. But Joe won’t rock that boat with them sadly.

Says the world’s top polluter. we we, we took action. There’s more to do. We will do it. What are you going to do, PRC?

Why a nation of 360million can pollute more than a country of 1400million, and blame the other? White privilege?

The US produces more pollution per capita, but China produces more total pollution because they have a lot more people
