Chinese state-controlled media say 'Inexperience', and Trump says:

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/dec/04/trump-foreign-policy-faces-scrutiny-as-team-defends-taiwan-phone-call

President-elect Donald Trump railed against China on Sunday, only hours after his transition team denied that his call with Taiwan’s president signaled a new US policy toward Pacific power.

“Did China ask us if it was OK to devalue their currency (making it hard for our companies to compete), heavily tax our products going into their country (the US doesn’t tax them) or to build a massive military complex in the middle of the South China Sea?” he tweeted. “I don’t think so!” ...

If Chinese media said that, it makes me wonder whether the DPRK (aka North Korea) newspaper that supported Trump https://www.nknews.org/2016/05/north-korean-editorial-supports-donald-trump/ continues to do so.

Perhaps Kim Jong-un wants the Trump family to build a hotel/golf course resort for him and his generals. Or maybe the Trump family want to shift some of their manufacturing to North Korea. I've read labor's cheap there, plus he won't have to deal with unions, one of his many bugbears.

No doubt the art of the deal-meister has lots of trades to make with Kim, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and other dictators in countries around the world where his family have businesses.

Release your tax info, Don!

Hello, China and Russia. Stay out of American politics and don't issue ultimatums. JT as well as other reliable professional media sources have reported that both countries have communicated with leaders of NK, Syria, and Cuba. and have continued to have trade and other violations. Rather than discussing the situations and their impact on the survival of the human race, a statement of disapproval is issued. Change is going to happen, and every country needs to prepare for it.

For once, they are right. Admittedly it's silly that we all have to pretend that Taiwan is not an independent country, and a democracy to boot, but Trump shouldn't just pile in without bothering to read the background briefing notes.

Good on him, he should congratulate a new PM no matter what every one thinks. The "educated" politicians haven't done much good for the world. The US is the largest provider of arms and canon fodder in the world, doesn't say much for foreign policy when you count the dead bodies.
