She is right about one thing- “I think Britain brings a perspective and an experience that is very important to Europe, especially post-economic crisis.” Regarding Scotland it seems she has Britain's benefit in mind not Scotland.

Tha is because the UK and US are buddies when it comes to surveillance (spying) so obviously the US wants a United Kingdom compared to a divided kingdo to work with even if some if that surveillance is illegal.
