Clinton quietly trying to discourage Biden from a 2016 bid

Not a fan of Run, Joe, Run then.

I would rather have Biden than Clinton, but I cannot say she does not have a point about being the front runner.

On the other hand, the Republicans are destroying themselves again, so if Clinton put her weight behind Biden he could probably win.

All in all though, I would prefer a third party victory. Dems and Repubs are just two sides of the same bad coin.

She should send him a personal email from her own server. she is good at that.

Hope Biden does some encouraging back. Perhaps he can sweeten the deal. What about the ambassadorship in Tripoli, or preferably some deserted atoll? These two are like chalk and cheese, but I know which one I would prefer, and it ain't Hillary.

This is all Al Gore's fault. If he had not invented the Internet, Mrs. Bill Clinton would not be having all these e-mail problems. . . .

"On the other hand, the Republicans are destroying themselves again, so if Clinton put her weight behind Biden he could probably win."

Or, the Republicans are going to go with the non-politician Trump, who might actually beat Biden even with a vanquished Hillary's support.

Since Gore invented the Internet, shouldn't he have gotten a Nobel for one of the biggest achievement in creative history? The man that educated us about...ahem...Global warming.

Clinton may be indicted! She is under investigation for unsecure classified information emails. Some do exist otherwise the FBI would not be involved yet. That's only problem #1. Benghazi emails may prove severe lack of leadership or worse. And to top it off is the shady deals the Clinton Foundation made. Now, the FBI may not dig into those emails and she may get away with those two issues, then again they may not.

The DNC faithful once again have such terrible choices before them.

Clinton, a paranoid tyrant and pathological liar with more potential felony counts than a Kennedy family reunion.

Sanders, a wanna-be college professor who is still advocating economic policies that are proven incapable of being sustainable, much less create a growing economy.

O'Malley, who blames the existence of the Islamic State terrorists on climate change.

Meanwhile, your only hope for rescue is gaff-master Joe Biden, the DNC's crazy uncle.

And YOULOSE is claiming that it's the Republicans who are destroying themselves? Really?!? If the GOP is destroying itself, then the DNC is already burned to the ground.

Sanders is awesome. Even though the Americans aren't likely to elect him. Too many selfish people.

The funny thing though is that if Trump keeps on going, it doesn't matter who the DNC chooses, they'll have no troubles winning.

By all means, Biden should run if he wants to. The Democratic base loves Biden.

In fact, we love all three: Hillary, Sanders, Biden.

Don't believe me? Read the data.

Here's the blunt truth: the Democratic base is fired up and ready to go. While I may prefer between HRC and Sanders one over the other, I think both would be a great President and will fight like hell to get either elected. If Biden gets the nomination, ditto. My sentiment and excitement is the norm.

Whereas the Repbublicans are eating themselves.

A republican will win the election. Who will be the nominee? Clinton was a possibility for the Dems., was!

What is good for the nation has been neglected, it's not likely to continue anothe 4 or more years.

So in the bubble Republicans are saying that Hillary is dead and buried? Yet another reason for the GOP not to change. I support that.

It's amazing to see how the Party-Formerly-Known-As-Democratic has fallen since the Days of Camelot. Under JFK, democrats wanted a strong America and took America to the moon. Today, Democrats dither and retreat from world affairs and take America to Ferguson, Missouri.

Now, the party's leadership must decide which old, white, professional politician (people that leftists despise) to support: A crook or a plagiarizing gaffe machine. There are a time not so long ago that U.S. liberals liked to refer to themselves as "progressives". But now, a more accurate term to describe them is "recessives" . . . .

t's amazing to see how the Party-Formerly-Known-As-Democratic....

I remember when Republicans actually stood for something, other than of course, Brown People Suck.

Now, all they say is "Democrats suck" Democrats suck. Democrats suck.

Seriously. That is the Repbuplican 'response' to everything: Democrats suck.

No wonder no one likes them.

In fact, we love all three: Hillary, Sanders, Biden.

And therein lies the problem. Biden is an old-school political phony, talking about cutting spending while flying to home Delaware on Air Force 2 almost daily, and taking too many risks with his personal security (and then there's his thing about swimming in the pool nude regardless of who is around). Hillary is the most corrupt political official since LBJ, with some possible serious psychological issues. Sanders is the most honest of the three (obviously that's not saying much), but his policies have been proven to stop or destroy every economy in world history where they've been implemented.

The issue isn't whether or not the DNC faithful love them, it's that they're either terrible choices for world leaders or just flat out terrible human beings. You don't have any legitimate reason to vote for Clinton or Biden, you'll only do it because they're not Republicans.

I remember when Republicans actually stood for something, other than of course, Brown People Suck.

Your proof of that would be...?

Slavery? Nope, that was the Democrats.

Jim Crow laws? Nope, that was the Democrats.

Segregationists? Nope, that was the Democrats.

Opposition to welfare reform? Nope, that's the Democrats. (Gotta keep the poor where they are, and voting Democrat just as LBJ wanted.)

Opposition to school choice? Nope, that is the Democrats. Present tense. (Gotta protect the teachers' unions at the expense of the children, don'tcha know!)

The only reason the Democrats claim to love "brown people" is because the elitists need their labor underclass. I guess they miss the 1860's. As Leftists from the Osbourne kid to Hillary Clinton have said: "You mow our lawns! You clean our toilets! You make our beds!"

So yeah, Democrats suck. Maybe it will sink in one of these days.

Republicans (not counting the self-serving Beltway RINOs) still stand for equality of opportunity (as opposed to the Leftists' equality-of-outcome ideal), individual responsibility, freedom of speech, a strong national defense, and many other notable values. Perhaps you're too busy vilifying them to see it.

Sanders is awesome. Even though the Americans aren't likely to elect him. Too many selfish people.

I think DNC people like Sanders, but it's the corporations and special interest groups that are accustomed to buying politicians through their various "charities" (See: Clinton Foundation) who are averse to him. Although there is that internet meme going around, with Sanders saying "Greed is what is wrong with America. Now give me 90% of your money." Still, Sanders could bring some integrity to the DNC. Something it hasn't had since before the first world war.

Great points Old Hawk! And the funny part about them are is the democrats will attempt to deny each point.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

Game, set and match to Old Hawk.

the funny part about them are is the democrats will attempt to deny each point.

Nah, their only option is to take the coward's way out, vote "thumbs down" and not post a response because they have no far-left web site to poach "their" thoughts from . . . .

As the conservative base shrinks, the GOP tells themselves that their mandate is real and growing stronger.

RUN JOE.
