I really want to laughing out to america war against terror. They created the 'Frankeinstein in 1980s by funding the islamic terrorists war aginst soviet efforts of building a seculat afghanistan! How ironic the americans now bleeding for the wounds for bitten by a bunch of mad dogs they feed 30 more years ago! Yes keep scolding the pakistani...your wars of lost!

It is just as I have feared. The Secretary of State has been radicalized by Pakistan's ill-fated choice of collaborating with Al Qaeda.

There is a war going on,” Clinton said, adding only that the U.S. wants to help Pakistan be successful.

Or she was hleping her own's face saving! America was defeated in iraq theatre now is afghanistan, pakistan theatre! Does the reputation of US power will be respected anymore?

Getting scolded by a kuffar woman... that will surely motive that Pakistani government to do something against the islamists.

Truly bizarre.

Imagine if you are a pakistani, a country of absolute men's rule, your country was insulted by a foreign infidel women who was rude, arrogances and ignorant. And the americans was ungrateful to sanction their country in 1990 about their nuclear arms program after heavy contributions of helping the covert war against the soviets for ten years, sometimes they sparing some fistful money and F-16 like charity to beggars............... Will you keep on fighting the AQ for this 'disposal after use' game or joining them?

US gave birth to Al Qaeda in 1980 against USSR. US fully suppored AlQaeda members not only from Afghanistan, Pakistan but other countries. US gave them $ and ammunition to fight against USSR. After USSR ran away from Afghanistan, US forgot to scrap AlQaeda or they left it behind to use against other countries including China but their policy back fired. In Afghanistan-Pakistan big chain of mountains even United Kingdom could not succeed despite of the fact they ruled it for 200 years. We have to tackle AQ tactfully through dialogue. Everybody likes peace.

Eh? Benazir Bhutto was PM in the 90s and probably would have been again had she not been assassinated. That's not 'absolute men's rule'.

There was no Al Queda in 1980.

The US, along with pretty much every nation not aligned with the USSR, gave aid to Afghanistan through Pakistan during the conflict. Bin Laden was a fundraiser for the Afghans. There's a difference between the US giving aid to Afghanistan and the US giving aid to Al Queda (MAK). They had a common goal at the time but they did not work together. Bin Laden was one of thousands, probably tens of thousands of Muslims trying to get money and weapons into Afghanistan. The US and Bin Laden also had a common goal when Iraq invaded Kuwait, which was to get Saddam out so there would be no threat to Saudi Arabia. I guess in that sense, America's removal of Iraq from Kuwait was "the US working with Bin Laden" too.

The whole "America started Al Queda" is mostly bullshit given by people who say it because they like the way it sounds.

The enemy's enemy was a friend, this is what US foreign policy working and keep working in the future like this way! It was feasible to link the connection between the Regan-era US with AQ. They were allies having the common goal but the CIA using others blood to achieve their goals until they were against each other after the kuwait was invaded by iraq! So the rise of islamic fundamentalism or 'frankeinstein' was created by the faults of america's her own but blaming others and pushing others to clean up the problem! Is that simple!

It was feasible to link the connection between the Regan-era US with AQ.

No, it isn't. Unless of course your link is, "Anyone who helped the Mujaheddin fight the Russians is connected with Al Queda." Just like anyone who helped remove Saddam is connected with Al Queda. Any help in Bosnia? Congrats, you're now linked with Al Queda. Oh, and I sure hope you don't support the Palestinian cause....because.....you've guessed it. You're now linked with Al Queda. If you want to play the "common goals" game we can include just about everyone on earth at one point or another.

So the rise of islamic fundamentalism or 'frankeinstein' was created by the faults of america's her own but blaming others and pushing others to clean up the problem!

(yawn) Keep saying it if it feels good. The fact is Bin Laden's original goal was to help fight the Russians. That was true whether the US was involved or not. The US could have nuked Moscow or done nothing at all in the region, but that wouldn't have changed Bin Laden. His goal is to create a Taliban state throughout the Middle East. He couldn't care less who was in his way, whether it be the Russians, the US, or as we're seeing today, other Muslims.

The fact is that the rest of the world could completely pull out of the region and you'd still have the same battle today in Pakistan. It's essentially hardline-type Taliban Muslims vs. everyone else. For that to not happen you'd have to argue that the hardline Taliban ideology would have never happened. Good luck with that.

she is real helpful, a true diplomat

not.

It's about time America starts minding it's own business. Instead of telling/ordering/demanding leaders of other sovereign countries what to do on their own soil. Or to criticize them on that soil when things aren't going the way America wants. Robert Callahan in Nicaragua is a fine example of that. Just mind your own business!! After 9-11 America still didn't wise up. If something like that happens again don't blame others......because then you asked for it yourself.

Yeah, after her husband let Osama walk away during his infamous presidential terms. Close, but no cigar! Ha, Ha (not intended to be offensive to anyone).

Bad timing for Mrs Clinton to scold Pakistan publicly at this moment , just at the very time they are doing something seriously! She would be better to think up something sweet to make it up, faster is better.

I have to agree with panzerkampfwagen on this one. If we hadn't armed bin Laden and his ilk so that they could blow up the Russians we probably wouldn't be having this problem now. One could make a case that the 9/11 attacks wouldn't have happened, Saddam would't have been encouraged to attack Iran. It does all go back to creating a terrorist group to go after the Russians. You might say that hindsight is always 20/20 except for the old proverb of "you shall reap what you sow."

This is what happens when you have presidents that others perceive as pushovers....especially if they don't have a good moral compass.

It's about time America starts minding it's own business.

We tried that once. That's when Afghanistan turned into a terrorist playground and 9/11 was planned.

I have a better idea. How about everyone in the region take a great leap into the 21st century and leave the rest of us alone. We're not interested in your religious battles or fanatics who want the rest of us to live in the Stone Age.

It does all go back to creating a terrorist group to go after the Russians.

Go after...who? The Russians? You mean all of this started because Russia invaded Afgnanistan? Wow....I think you've found your guilty party...
