Suu Kyi is my hero. She is a brave person. I was so happy when I saw her smiling on the front page of today's Asahi Shinbun.

Without going to wikipedia, I thought the capital of Myanmar was Yangon. Has anyone heard of Naypyidaw?

Without going to Wikipedia, the Burmese junta some time ago decided to move their capital to a brand-new town in the middle of the jungle. They have been spending a large part of the GNP for that megalomanic project for the last few years. This is apparently the name.
