More like get rid of every single open borders Democrats that refuse to follow the rule of law and sovereignty of the US. But if this new policy helps and drives the numbers down, that’s a big plus.

It means they need to go back and fix their country instead of running away from its problems.

Exactly or send in the military to clean up these countries and weed out all the crime and corruption, if you want and are proud of where you came from, fight and fix it.

The majority didn't want Trump but had to have him with electorial college system.

California and New York doesn’t make the decisions for the entire country.

Th people can't fix the problems of their own countries just across the globe in so many places.

Then if they want to come to this country, then do it legally, if you can’t then you need to apply for asylum if that is indeed the reason and you can prove it and in the meantime, you just have to be patient until you are cleared to proceed and are allowed clearance.

The article is factually incorrect. Asylum seekers do NOT have to travel through other countries to claim asylum status. They can claim asylum at any US consular office in their OWN country, or in Mexico/Panama/Costa Rica etc. Rushing the border is not a legal way to seek asylum. Get in line and wait your turn.
