Trump, growing increasingly confident about his chances of clinching the GOP nomination, responded by saying Cruz “does not have the temperament to be president of the United States.”

Then he told his thumpers to punch someone in the face for FREEDOM.

I would assume the "pathetic alliance" of Cruz and Kasich is not working at this point.

5 ( +6 / -1 )

Cruz is a nasty fake-Christian snake who ought to be out of office. He'll be hired by Goldman Sachs as soon as he's finished. Not only does Indiana not want him, the entire US doesn't want him. Send him back to Canada - wait - they don't want him either.

10 ( +10 / -0 )

During one of his final stops in the state, a visibly exasperated Cruz let his frustrations with Trump fly, calling him a “pathological liar,” a “serial philanderer,” ‘‘kooky,” ‘‘nuts” and “terrified with strong women.”

Senator Ted Cruz then channeled the Wicked Witch of the West: "I'm melting! melting! Oh, what a world! What a world! Who would have thought you could destroy my beautiful wickedness?"

Then Donald Trump told his thumpers to punch someone in the face for FREEDOM.

-3 ( +3 / -6 )

Now media is enjoying talking Cruz's father story. Fidel is still alive but US had assassin plan of Castro. Robert Kennedy was restricting AChicago Mafia boss Mad Sam Giancana but none of Mafia was interested to assassin Castro.

'During one of his final stops in the state, a visibly exasperated Cruz let his frustrations with Trump fly, calling him a “pathological liar,” a “serial philanderer,” ‘‘kooky,” ‘‘nuts” and “terrified with strong women.”'

Finally, Cruz is showing his dark side -the hypocrite that he is...,,,

Trump says that Cruz's father was involved with Oswald in the Kennedy assination. I'm pretty sure that only made the news here because Caroline Kennedy is the US ambassador to Japan.

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

“His father was with Lee Harvey Oswald prior to Oswald’s being, you know, shot,” Trump said on Fox & Friends. “Nobody even brings it up; I mean they don’t even talk about that.”

"A big lie (German: große Lüge) is a propaganda technique. The expression was coined by Adolf Hitler, when he dictated his 1925 book Mein Kampf, about the use of a lie so "colossal" that no one would believe that someone "could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously."

As a non-partisan, independent voter, it's game over for Sen. Cruz as Mr. Trump walloped him in Indiana. Like it or not, Mr. Trump's populist appeal continues with American voter in the Hoosier State.

Time for Sen. Cruz to withdraw from the race. His strategy to force a contested convention is officially now a thing of the past.

National Enquirer, Donald J. Trump and Fox & Friends. "Fact Free Reporting For Three Decades."

The basis of Trump thumper opinions.

Trump sells them Chinese hats and they cheer.

American jobs? Trump sold them out to China. And they cheer.

Just think what he can do to the rest of America.

With America's infrastructure falling apart Trump builds a wall of ignorance around his racists. And they cheer.

Maybe Trump really does hate America? Obviously his fans can't tell the difference. And they cheer.

Trump would get some credit, as a big builder of private estate homes for multi-millionaire golfers, if he actually said he'd build the foundation for America to compete again with roads and bridges. Instead he sold them hate and a $25 billion dollar wall. And they cheer.

The only benefit? The wicked witch is dead. Watching Cruz try to reason with bigots is delicious.

Cruz was among those who actively tried to align themselves with Trump and called him “terrific.” - article

-2 ( +3 / -5 )

@Kc, you can rest now, it's all over. Trump completely crushed Cruz.

With America's infrastructure falling apart Trump builds a wall of ignorance around his racists. And they cheer.

But it was ok for the Obama admin. to deal out racism?

Maybe Trump really does hate America? Obviously his fans can't tell the difference. And they cheer.

And yet, we had a president that put the world first and America second and you wonder why so many people like Trump?!

-2 ( +4 / -6 )

I must give credit to Kasich who is demanding to stick-it-out. -Must think he can still beat "lying" Ted Cruz. Good for you and work on those table manners.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

bass

Sorry to break it to you but actually very few people like Trump. Still less than 10% of eligible voters in the US.

5 ( +8 / -3 )

That maybe true, but still 10x greater than Supreme dictator Obama (1%).

-6 ( +3 / -9 )

Cruz, in a speech with a mediocre attempt at greatness, throws in the towel.

Donald J. Trump is the presumptive Republican nominee.

Which is awesome. If you are a liberal Democrat.

I wonder how many Americans living in Japan will change to Japanese citizenship and stay here. How many Americans who say they will leave America if Trump is elected will flee to Japan?

1 ( +4 / -3 )

As a non-partisan, independent voter, Sen. Cruz suspending his campaign is a smart move. . . ,

-1 ( +3 / -4 )

CNN is saying Cruz is dropping out like B.S. says. For a Canadian, Cruz did real well and some actually thought he might win. It was a good run, but the Republican corruption got the best of him and he went against the voters -maybe in 8 years he can try again and be more truthful.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

So, the Republican primary is over. The autopsy will start. A lot of people will say a lot of things for the next few weeks, and few to none will be identifying why Trump won. Here's why:

Donald Trump shot to the top when he went after Mexicans, calling them racists and criminals. This attack on Mexicans was racist, anti-immigrant and anti-free trade.

IOW the base of the Republican party. [Note: the so-called evangelicals eventualy went to Trump. See how Christian they are....]

That is why he won.

1 ( +3 / -2 )

Dem side ..Sanders has more votes than Clinton but both are nice to each other. Harry Reid must be glad he could meet with Sanders.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

Fewer like Hillary than like Trump. Just wait until th FBI report comes to light. If it were anyone else formal charges would have been served months ago. Hillary just as anyone is not above the law.

0 ( +2 / -2 )

Apologies

".....calling them rapists and criminals."

0 ( +2 / -2 )

Many are BS. Look at the stats.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Here's why Trump will lose the general:

From Jay Caruso, over at Red State:

Trump supporters are to blame.

You wanted to have your temper tantrum about the dreaded establishment and ignore much better qualified candidates that would have been able to beat Hillary and now you're going to try and blame me and others who won't vote for that fraud? Get stuck, chumps.

You decided to back a guy with negatives that would make serial killers cringe. You decided to throw your support behind a carnival barker that doesn't know a damned thing about trade or foreign policy. You decided a guy who has never once mentioned liberty or the constitution on the campaign trail is the best candidate to face off against Hillary Clinton. You're backing a guy that flirted with 9/11 truthers and who accused Ted Cruz's father of being involved in the effing Kennedy assassination.

2 ( +4 / -2 )

I would just love to know who the VP will be.

Sanders beats Hillary in Indiana. Nice to see.

3 ( +3 / -0 )

As Senator Ted Cruz has withdrawn from the Primaries the range of possibilities for the Presidential Election are a rich and varied trampoline of possibilities.

Donald J. Trump could march his weird band of rebel flag waving wife beater tee shirt wearing freak show into Cleveland and find the Convention Center . . . empty. Instead of the GOP/Tea celebrating their long fought Primary contest they might find the sole occupants are Trump fans.

(While strangely possible, Trump goes alone to the stage, and the cameras pan his rabid clan in a near empty coliseum. There is no law that says the Delegates have to attend. The RNC has more tricks up their sleeve than Houdini has handcuffs.)

If the RNC actually endorses Donald J. Trump the next four months of both GOP super pac and Democrat ads will feature the greatest hits of Trump's violent rallies. "Tearing American Down" as the mood music plays under a pan of miles of desert. The VO darkly announcing: "The future Donald Trump wants to lead ends in scorched earth" as the scene changes to slo-mo of Trump fans rioting in Cleveland surrounded in tear gas and wounded civilians.

Trump's Achilles heel is his mouth. Trump has already proved he has irritable bowel of the larynx. That could easily turn into an evacuation of voters from the GOP. Most have already left the building.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

Thats what we call a cruzifixion. The people have spoken, they don't want Cruz at the helm and who could blame them?

Time for the Hillary vs Trump showdown! That should sell a few papers and ads.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

I think Cruz's father connected to Oswald is a lie by There were many Cuban immigrants in1960s but they hardly spoke English,. It is not like now. How he could communicate with Oswald? At that time, Immigrants and refugees did not wear business suits like the photo shows. Check suit catalogs of 1960s, check style, at that time, there was no made in China suits. There

were cheap made by Japanese companies in USA shor E makers but Zippo owners was not born yet.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

Will Cruz flee to Canada after Trump becomes president? Unfortunately, he conveniently gave up his Canadian citizenship just before he decided to run for president.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

What excuse does Hillary have for losing Indiana to Bernie 53% to 47%? At this point she should admit that regardless of her rigged ( independents cannot vote for Bernie ) delegate lead, it's clear that she should step aside and support Bernie, who would crush Trump in November.

0 ( +3 / -3 )

"How he could communicate with Oswald?" - comments — citing a report first published by the National Enquirer.

For those unfamiliar with American culture, apparently this commenter is unaware, the National Enquirer is what Americans call a "rag". Meaning a garbage pickers source for "news". Onlt the least educated read it. The National Enquirer's geatest story was the "Vampire Baby" on the cover with thousand point typeface.

Welcome to the States. (Your English has greatly improved, stay in school!)

Heh. A few months ago all the liberal posters made fun of him, often referring to him as "a buffoon ." Now, instead, they cannot hack it, so they're throwing the race card. Moreover, they're dumbfounded that he won the hunger games.

Then Donald Trump told his thumpers to punch someone in the face for FREEDOM.

Violence isn't the answer kc. I dunno, maybe you like to see the illegals and aint-Trumps destroying police vehicle and beating up innocent motorists on national TV. (its like porn for you) -Not me.

0 ( +3 / -3 )

"Now, instead, they cannot hack it, so they're throwing the race card." - comments

Actually, Trump opened with the "race card" back on June 16, 2015. At that time Trump boldly attacked the Mexican People. Macy's promptly dropped the entire line of Trump bedding and haberdasher goods made in China.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

Seems to be a big win for Bernie in Indiana: Maybe Hillary will turn herself in and do her jail time. -Could really use the extra time to get her health back on track.

If all those Bernie protestors would just register to vote, and then vote instead of smashing police cars he could maybe win it. Hillary is more unpopular than even Cruz, but somehow Bernie just could not get the political steam-roller moving like Trump can. With the Democrat super-delegates scam -it could be just that much harder to win.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Trump boldly attacked the Mexican People

illegal mexicans have been boldly attacking america and exhausting her resources. They're even getting DMV issued drivers licenses in some places. This is absurd. Plus the mex-cartels keep flooding the US w/ drugs and crime.

Look @Mexico. Its a mess. Even the pope went there are made a few comments about the violence and mexico's corruption.

How many americans are flooding into mexico? Asking for their so-called rights, committing crimes and vandalizing police vehicles? Trump is right to "boldly" speak out to the Mexican People. Put the pc aside.

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

@kc you did not know Oswald does not know Castro's Spanish.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

Clinton already is 91% of the way to her party’s nomination.

Again, the reporters over generalise the actual facts. Hillary has 1682 of 2383 needed for the nomination (about 71%), the number she needs to secure the nomination must be the 2383 of PLEDGED delegates, and there is still a chance she won't make it, causing a contested convention. Oregon favors Bernie, and Clinton's numbers have become weaker in California, which has 475 delegates, and a semi-open primary, which has shown good results for Sanders.

Sure, Clinton is the likely winner, but this is a good way to inform ourselves on the deceitful ways of media, so we all learn to not take things at face value.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Bernie wins Indiana

Delegates: Bernie - 53, Hillary - 48

0 ( +1 / -1 )

What excuse does Hillary have for losing Indiana to Bernie 53% to 47%?

Good point Serrano. The democratic voters will support either or. Just like most republicans will now be supportive of Trump in November.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

The GOP circus led by head clown dtrump will continue to suck up the oxygen as corporate shill news organizations cling to whatever outrageous demagoguery spills out of that clowns mouth at the cost of legitimate news for ratings. Honest press is dead. RIP. In terms of the progressive side, hclinton is republican light, not trusted and not liked. Bernie Sander's supporters will not just roll over and again be in the position to vote for the best of the worse. dtrumpette voters will be out in mass and Bernie supporter's will either not cast a vote or write in Bernie Sanders. The RNC and DNC are witnessing their own decline into obscurity, Expect a rise in third party candidates. If there is to be positive change, then vote Bernie Sanders. The scorched earth alternative is dtrump. For dtrump, all that matters to this megalomaniac is that he gets to check off an other item on his bucket list.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

"The GOP circus led by head clown dtrump"

What about the Democrat circus led by head clown Hillary Rodham Clintoon?

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Sorry to break it to you but actually very few people like Trump. Still less than 10% of eligible voters in the US

Uh-huh, so the MSM wants to spin that 65 million people is just a drop in the political ocean, nice try.

Which is awesome. If you are a liberal Democrat.

It would even funnier, once he wins and the Dems have their faces in their palms, be careful what you wish for, the GOP found out the hard way.

Actually, Trump opened with the "race card" back on June 16, 2015. At that time Trump boldly attacked the Mexican People.

And Obama attacked White people, so what's the difference? In fact, he's been doing a heck of a job demonizijg Whites for the past 7 years, so tell me, why is that acceptable and justified and why is there no outrage?

Macy's promptly dropped the entire line of Trump bedding and haberdasher goods made in China.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

Why wouldn't Fox show that poll? They also showed that both candidates have a very unfavorable and likability problem as well as loved by their constituents.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

For Clinton, she may gain in New Jersey. As Calf Primary is unpredictable, Dem competing will go on yet. GOP only Trump. Hillary in NJ is inviting GOP members who dislike Trump, news say.

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

Trump's domination of the GOP/Tea wasn't based on the quality of his racist ramblings.

It did portray the fundamental failure of the Republicans to field anyone worthy of their members attention.

What Trump's victory portrays is the most active of the GOP/Tea are only those who want to hate people for the color of their skin and shoot as many people as possible in the shortest period of time.

Some resume for governance of 300 million Americans.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Trump's domination of the GOP/Tea wasn't based on the quality of his racist ramblings.

What racist ramblings? Wanting to build a wall, so that it would block illegals or making it harder for them entering the country.

It did portray the fundamental failure of the Republicans to field anyone worthy of their members attention.

Not really, more like, the people wanted someone that wasn't an insider Washington typical politician. Unlike most liberals, conservatives and libertarians don't march in lock step to support a candidate, if they did, Bush or Cruz would have won.

What Trump's victory portrays is the most active of the GOP/Tea are only those who want to hate people for the color of their skin and shoot as many people as possible in the shortest period of time.

So now your saying all the Blacks and Latinos that go for Trump, people like Ben Carson are hateful racists? Seriously??? Dude..... A lot of straws to reach for, eh?
