Had it been anyone else without celebrity status, they would have been deported a long time ago and without a White House petition. His 15 minutes are up. Send this little brat back to Canada.
globalwatcher
The Tea Party is behind all of this because I've got a petition request from them already. I am not a fan of Justin Bieber, but they need to quit harassing people.
I think the Tea Party is acting like a menopausal woman. I would like to tell them to get laid. They think they are the ultimate righteous group in society. I am getting too sick about them, and they need to go before 2016.

Surely there must be some law hidden away in the Patriotic Act that can have him incarcerated in a hidden prison somewhere never to be seen, and more importantly, heard from again?
illsayit
Sounds like he wants to get out of America. Sounds like there is a lot of people who want to help get him out. Sounds like we will find out if those who make money from him (and whatever else) how far their reach is into the white house.
Probie
If he wasn't famous he would be in jail and/or deported already.
jojo_in_japan
Exile him to Manitoba!!! Eh!?
arrestpaul
What the heck does any of that have to do with "J.A. from Detroit" starting a Whitehouse petition to deport some kid who obviously has no idea how to behave in public. Bieber could have killed someone but he was probably too stoned to realize that.
The Whitehouse wanted to offer the public a chance to communicate directly with the Whitehouse, provided there were enough signers. The Whitehouse rules are that Obama must respond to this petition.

And he has nothing to lose to move back to Canada. At least, I am glad his home country is not China.
rickyvee
unfortunately, even if he's deported he can still make CDs.
YuriOtani
Actually if he is deported it would make it impossible for him to visit many nations including Japan. People like him disgust me! They believe their talent and money puts them above the law. He needs to face justice and then pay the price.
Speed
Sorry, but even if he weren't a celeb, he wouldn't be deported for a first offense drinking, smoking and driving. Egging a house? No deportation there either.
Cortes Elijah
Haha. What an awesome petition! I vote yes! Get that spoiled little $hit out!
Magnet
Please please don't send that little (expletive) back to Canada. We don't want him, either.
WealthBuilderBiz
In another news, Yasiel Puig's reckless driving charge in Florida was dropped.
These two should hang out. In the desert so that they will not endanger other people's lives.

Just in on CNN:
http://edition.cnn.com/2014/01/29/showbiz/justin-bieber-toronto-arrest/index.html?hpt=hp_t3
He sure isn't making friends.
globalwatcher
I am not a fan of him before you read my post here.
YuriOtaniJan. 30, 2014 - 09:44AM JST
Why? I still think Canadian can visit Japan. You find a scripture that Judge not, or you will be judged. Who are you to judge him?
Cortes ElijahJan. 30, 2014 - 09:45AM JST
Americans are very generous. We give everyone a Second Chance if they are willing to reform.
MagnetJan. 30, 2014 - 09:48AM JST
Oh dear You. How could you say that to your own people? I did not know Canadian are not forgiving people. Spiritual teaching says, by forgiving him, you free yourself from anger. If not forgiven, it will come back to you like a karma.
MarkG
But Canada has exiled him some time ago.
Frungy
This should be interesting. Just last week Obama was spouting off about inequalities in U.S. society and how black kids went to prison for marijuana use while white kids got a slap on the wrist... now we have Bieber, the image of the spoilt rich white kid up for marijuana use. If Obama lets Bieber off with a slap on wrist and no deportation then Obama's just posturing and has no interest in equal treatment for everyone.
nath
One of the biggest decisions of President Obama's 2nd term. given where the world is these days, surprised he doesn't set up a committee including elton John and Miley and Kanye and Kim and any other numbskull celebs to look into this and make a recommendation to him. Or appoint a Belieber tsar.....
lucabrasi
Canadian TV's reporting that he's going to be charged with assault in Toronto last December. Looks like the President's decision just got a lot easier... it'll be an extradition.
globalwatcher
Do you really think this petition will go to Obama? It has to go to the US Attorney General first. The process begin with a verification of signature on the petition. Most of petition die before then.
nath
I'd like to see a petition to send him to North Korea. It can be an exchange - one worthless pos Bieber for any of the captives in the NK gulag system. He'd probably get along quite well there in fact, what with his similar complete and utter disregard for the rest of the human race.

Oh dear. You are pretty mean. I rebuke what you have said here in name of Jesus.
Fox Cloud Lelean
Deportation's too good for the little brat. It's a shame Alcatraz got shut down, it woud be a good place for him to go. Maybe send him to Guantanamo then. I hear they play his songs to terrorists in Guantanamo to get them to confess. Hell, every time I hear him sing, I want to confess to something, anything, as long as it stops the torture. Unfortunately, he's a "celebrity". They never get punished. Just look at Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan. I don't think either of them ever served their full sentences, which were all laughably light to begin with. Never go easy on a criminal, even if they are famous for wailing horrendous songs.
Jessica Marie Sato
This is the result of childhood fame mixed with purple drank.
Bgood41
Once a trash, it will end up as such in spite of fame and fortune.
Christopher Smith
Can’t for the life of me understand why this is a headline......
slumdog
No, your thinking that would just show that you did not read the article.
BPoint
Not a fan...could care less...
BUT,,, I hate dog piles. He's a 19 year old kid.
Felony egging??.....WTF? Driving on an expired license??.......not really. Driving under the influence??....not really. Resisting arrest??.........they had to charge him with something. Smokes a little weed??......so what. Assault charges to a limo driver....?? Come on..the kids a waif.
I really can't get the vitriol.
And Obama...you know, the president of the United States .... HAS MORE IMPORTANT THINGS ON HIS PLATE...
We are officially out of problems... Knock it off everyone!!globalwatcher
Fox Cloud LeleanJan. 30, 2014 - 11:28AM JST
Fox, you sound so very confident that you will never get involved in crime. You will never so sure of that, and hopefully, people are forgiving to you. You do not have to have a metal heart. I agree we will never go easy on a criminal who IS FOUND GUILTY. We have a judicial system everyone is entitled to have a fair trial even for a man who shot and killed JFK.
nath
So you think he is a good role model for his fans who want to copy him.
Frak, the guy is 19 a full adult in many countries. Let him date your daughter if you think he has done no wrong.
BPoint
Role model....? He's barely out of adolescence. I'm not defending him for his actions but everyone is acting like he's committed a triple homicide.... He egged a house for $$$$ sake and got a little careless in a car.
Where is everyone's common sense.
And yes, he could date my daughter because I'd be the first one in his life to sit him down and lay down the "ground rules". No one has ever done that with the guy.
nath
Bingo. Neither his parents, managers, guards and enablers done that.
Neither does he have the brain manner to do it himself which is what I expect of someone this age.
BPoint
Let me see.... when I was a kid..
egged a house...check
pushed someone who was in my face....check
got a little sideways in a car.....check
had a few drinks and toke.....check and check
resisted arrest.........didn't get the chance..... because the cops in those days didn't give a crap about the goofy things listed above!!!
nath
Uh... who's Justin Beiber?
ReformedBasher
I had some sympathy for him considering his age but it's reaching dangerous lows. Hope he gets his act together (sorry for the pun)
Mirai Hayashi
Unfortunately, it takes more than a few misdemeanor charges to get him deported. He needs to commit a felony to be legally deported. Having said that, he has been arrested again in Toronto for assaulting a limo driver. Not sure if this is enough to put it over the top, but we can always hope....
Michael Alagar
He ain't important enough to go to the white house. Let him be processed like everyone else. Only reason why this becomes news is because TV and news media (this one included) are spreading it like people should care. So many other things are more important than this.
globalwatcher
Yes.
US government has a right to deport felons who caused a severe bodily harm and may include murder, rape, aggravated assault and kidnapping. Other felonies may include tax evasion, espionage, treason, fraud and burglary.
Some may overlook a tax evasion that is a felony. This is something immigration officers are checking these days.
JustAGoodOleBoy
Looks like that was a NY Yankees ballcap he was sporting.
nath
Bpoint.
You seem to be proud of what you and Justin did. Not so here my country has higher standards for adults ie anyone over the age of 18. By 19 I had worked for one year, did my military service (no choice) and lived/worked on a different continent.
Standards vary and Biebers is at the bottom.
Graham DeShazo
Where can I sign. And can we start a petition to have his pants stapled to his abdomen ABOVE his panty line?
Bartholomew Harte
Not exactly newsworthy,J.T. however if the headline read "Justine Beiber exiled to Sentakus islands, China gives him/her raves!" that would work out good!
Monaka
Funniest part of the article:
"braving temperatures of minus 10 Celsius."

First of all, you're not a public or a role model for thousands of teens and pre-teens. As a public figure, you have to accept some degree of responsibility in setting an example for young impressionable minds, otherwise you don't deserve to be where you are and should step out of the spotlight.
Secondly, none of those things you've done are things to be proud of nor would I brag about...personally.
globalwatcher
J.A. from Detroit Michigan has been identified.
Is there any relationship with Drake Bell who lives in LAX that is a hub city for the Tea Party? I think there are more than one motivation behind this story. This is leading to a messy gossip. I am sure WH will be very careful.
BPoint
It's Me....
Ok ok.... I read ya loud and clear.... (rolls eyes)
YuriOtani
globalwatcher the drug conviction will keep him out of Japan. The government of Japan is not at all impressed with his celebrity status and wealth. He can fly into Narita in his private jet one day and fly of of Japan the next. About being 19, my guy said so many of his troops were 18 and 19.
globalwatcher
YuriOtaniJan. 30, 2014 - 03:29PM JST
Well, was he found guilty? I did not know the immigration office of Japan has that authority to block his entry into Japan. US Justice Department allowed big fish Japanese Yakuza coming to US for medical treatment. hmm. I will check on this.
If foreigners are too rich, they cannot get into Japan? Bill Gates; a richest man on the earth was in Japan many times. What makes a difference between Justin Bieber and Bill Gates? They are both rich. Hope you are not telling me that the Japanese immigration office is discriminating people's entry into Japan.
BPoint
Mirai...
It's not about being proud or bragging. My point was ....big deal.... everybody did that kind of stuff when I was a kid. We TP'ed each other cars and rode our bikes off the roof into my friends pool, too.... it's what kids did. Granted 19 is pretty late for all the childishness but felony charges, assault charges, deportation preceedings....?? Resisting arrest... when all other charges are dropped..(ironic) A dozen investigators in his house looking for the egging evidence......?
Seriously, have we gone insane??
And Yuritani....What drug conviction?
isoducky
Just need him to commit one crime in Mexico to cover that NAFTA area.
YuriOtani
globalwatcher of course the Immigration Office can block the arrival of a foreigner. Paris Hilton was not allowed to enter Japan after her possession conviction. Japan does not block the entry of the rich to Japan but being rich does give a person special rights. Bpoint he has not been convicted yet. I am sure he will be unless the government bows to pressure.
gokai_wo_maneku
Lot's of people here say his 15 minutes of fame are up. I would really love to have that 15 minutes of fame! Rather than being an anonymous nobody commenting about someone's 15 minutes of fame being up. And be much richer.
Elbuda Mexicano
@globalwatcher, we can quote holy scriptures until the cows come home but I just wanna know 1 thing! How would you like this little spoiled, disrespectful, loudmouth, sassy Canadian cheese head to be YOUR Neighbor?? Forget about the Bible and the Gosho etc..just imagine this out of control little wanna be gangsta hoodlum, Vanilla Ice Jr (ice, ice, baby!!) to be your next door neighbor!!! Maybe you would then wanna join the Tea Party, just like I wanna and run out all of these sassy criminals from foreign lands who are taking over our beloved streets in the good Ol' US of A!! God bless America!! Do wish Mr.Obama bent lil Justin over and give him a good old fashioned spanking!! IMHO!!!!!!!!!
nath
El going a bit overboard here as you and your family live in Japan now.
Also the gosho teaches differently whose teachings are universal. NMRK, NMRK.
Elbuda Mexicano
I think in Mexico we already have enough NAFTA and enough problems!! Maybe only the young girls would be happy to have Justin but?? I do think he would have a rougher time in Mexico than in Miami. Just read about the mess he did in Brazil!!!
kdotson1965
WOOO WHOO!!! Deport, burn his passport and ban him from the civilized world!!
Open Minded
I don't care about his private life, but I do care the pain he causes me everyday I turn on the Radio!
Mike O'Brien
When it causes tens of thousands in damage, sure sounds like a felony.
Sure looks like you are.
And you think that is OK? I mean to you everything must be OK no matter the laws. Kids will be kids after all. But once they reach maturity, whenever that is, they all suddenly become model citizens. That is why there are no real adults in prison.
DaDude
So if this is the case, how about we send Canada along with Justin Bieber- Kim Kardashian/Kanye West, Chris Brown and Lindsay Lohan.
Jean ValJean
From a legal standpoint, I don't think the twerp can be deported.
But, he sure is making a heap of trouble for himself. Stupid is as Stupid does.
smithinjapan
No leniency, please.
TedJohnson
Just deport him and move on. I'm getting tired of hearing about that guy.
gelendestrasse
Oh Canada!
Are you sure they want him back?
Mothefro
Well it IS THEIR country so why wouldn't they have that authority? And Paris Hilton wasn't the only celebrity denied entry to Japan, Russell Brand too (Japan AND Canada denied his entry into their countries). Besides we're talking about a Canadian so what does Yakuza being allowed into the U.S have to do with a guy from Canada (and talks about deporting him back to Canada)?? O_o
Jean ValJean
Since the twerp is currently in Canada, if or when he tries to enter USA (or any other country for that matter) he could just be denied entry...permanently.
slumdog
Since he did not commit a violent crime or spend more than a year in prison, it is very unlikely that he would be denied entry, no matter what you think of him.
Magnet
@kdotson1965, you calling Canada uncivilized?
Mirai Hayashi
Its sad how hundreds of thousands of hard working Mexican illegals get deported by the busloads, but this immature little twat gets to stay.
toshiko
Isn;t he welcomed by Toronto City msyor? There is an article. BTW, USA has not guilty until you are convicted. How is jaoan this year? It is not 'Guilty uutil you are cleared' anymore?
Mike O'Brien
Yes they do. But if you read the visa requirements just being charged with a crime can, in some cases, make you ineligible for entry until the case is closed.
toshiko
Like Mike O'Brien explained, visa violators have been deported. Mexicans are deported everyday. Not necssary criminal only. Any illegal aliens. '
There is an article 'Toronto Mayor defend Justin Beaver' in JT World Board.
Spanki
I just find it hard to belieb that this isn't all a publicity stunt of some sort.
Wolfpack
Who is Justin Bieber?
Moderator: You know very well who he is. Please post something more pertinent.
