Florida Gov Ron DeSantis ' administration is moving to forbid classroom instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity in all grades, expanding the controversial law critics call “Don't Say Gay” as the Republican governor continues a focus on cultural issues ahead of his expected presidential run.

De Santis's "reasoning" for the law in the first place was that it was "age inappropriate" to talk about such things. That was obviously a crock of .... I hope somebody sues and tests the constitutionality of this because it violates the 1st amendment.

Expect to see businesses leaving Florida.

First of all, it cheapens the true meaning of 'war' which is an ugly phenomena that Americans have learned to love since 1991, they've become numb to it and it's entertainment today - at least for armchair generals it is.

Next, children don't start to develop until around Grade 5. Sexual orientation comes and is unavoidable. Most of us are heterosexual by nature but homosexuality does exist in nature. It's not a choice and it does exist in a few animal species as well. Homosexuality will always be a minority but that's no excuse to be bashing or disenfranchising them. I served in the military before the 'don't ask, don't tell' came into effect 30 years ago, and they serve as well and honorably as the rest of us. I learned that most of them are not the monsters we've been told they are.

Teenagers need to know about their sexuality, whatever it is. It doesn't make a person good or bad, it's what you do with it that determines that.

DeSantis may be in the GOP but he's too moronic to know that the California governor Ronald Reagan (terms 1968-81) had gays in his cabinet and it was very well known in that state. And he did not mind or care at all, as long they did their jobs. When he got elected POTUS in 1980, they all went to DC with him.

Besides going back being home to the former capitol of the Confederacy in Virginia in Richmond, the southern part has a strong conservative military presence.

In the north there is even more of a military industrial complex presence in the NVA suburbs.

Slam #1: They say that accusations of DeSantis being a groomer are "30 year old debunked crap". When the only one making those allegations are Trump. So to them Trump is spreading outright lies and "crap".

Slam #2: They defend DeSantis' COVID response even though Trump posted in Truth Social that he bungled it badly by staying locked down too long. More Trump lies.

Slam #3: They openly admit that "no one listens to Trump" when he makes these slanderous lies and allegations against DeSantis.

Looks like the Ultra MAGA King crown is being passed to the "Meatball".

If the Dems believe because Biden supposedly won one election against Trump then that means he automatically wins the next one, well, that is exactly what the Republicans want.

Ron is saying the same things about Russia as that hated RINO and NEOCON John McCain.

Maybe there is some truth in Trump calling him a "RINO Globalist".
