Despite Canadian easing, U.S. extends land border restrictions

Canada had 350 cases yesterday in a population of 38 million people. I hope Trudeau reverses course poste haste on his decision to allow in Vaccinated Americans as once again they’re not seeing reciprocity from the Biden government. It’s probably because they don’t want to be seen as treating Canada differently than Mexico. Not science, politics.

The United States Government on Wednesday extended the closure of the land borders with Canada and Mexico to non-essential travelers until at least Aug 21.

But on the flip side you can enter illegally without consequence. So the “closure of the land borders” is irrelevant.
