They can't even go to customs because the border bridge is barricaded

And the official Venezuelan Red Cross is tasked to handle it to hospitals and people

Proper procedure is not an issue

Just like the border bridge, the issue is that proper procedure is closed by Maduro

The aid can go thru all the proper procedures all they want - he'd rather his people starve and die, Maduro won't let those in no matter what

If the US contacts Venezuelan customs and follows proper procedures the aid can go through.

After 80% disappears and US$5K in graft is paid to the head of each border military unity.

Maduro is the problem. That is clear.
