Tough to make a 250 lb man look sexy, but I suspect his supporters will buy it.
bass4funk
Uhhh, the "sexiness" of his father's real estate portfolio was what they were referring to.
dagon
Gentrification and figuratively raping minority and capital poor residents is 'sexy' for rentier silver spoon scions or scions.
plasticmonkey
For once I agree with you.
M
Luxury brand is not retain ? That’s strange. You pay for the selection of the people living in it by the price they can afford. Normally, this is legal. And the financial statement are done by expert who are in charge of legal and penal responsibilities. You need to prove a personnal involvement of the firm's head to sew him for anything else than a simple mistake. You need hard penal proof. And there is none in this article or in France.

Perv...the apple doesn't fall far from the tree...
Sure, he "envisions" the Colorado River on our southern border too...
Smart - just like his moron father, he'll incriminate himself the more he talks...
He admitted under oath "undervaluing" his properties but certifying by signing the financial statement that they were accurate. Clear fraud...in Black Sharpie...
But Don Jr and Eric also signed the official financial documents certifying that they were accurate...
And he'll be in a cell ranting and raving at the walls on Nov 6 2024...

In democracy, the penal responsibility in accounting and leading is to the head of the service unless he receive writing order to enforce the head of the firm decision. The accountant is a part of the system that justify the accounting is false or true. He is the one holding the penal risk. This way, with this power, he protects the accounting truth. This is part why France got AAA in market and interest rate. The accountant system have several heads who are in penal charge of the truth registered to state.
In France, Ghons and Nissan firm accounting problem can’t be possible. And normally USA got the same system which is a democrat spirit basic in institution : service leader got the penal charge and responsibilities. The top head can’t give illegal accounting orders this way. Accountant are known to be harder to sway when they hold the risk. But this is true for all services. When they hold the penal responsibility, they are in charge and say no to illegal orders from the top who want to please shareholders.

No businesses were raped, and speaking of rape, why hasn’t the Democrat party helped out the largest community that supports them? Rape…yeah…

The onus falls on banks to do their due diligence before issuing any loans, one legal expert told The Post.
“No one lost money. No one got hurt. Everyone got paid in full — even overpaid since the assets were inflated,” real estate lawyer Adam Leitman Bailey said
No, he won’t.
John
Methed-up street-walker sexy.
Oops.
Cards fan
lol That doesn't mean you can commit fraud. The banks should have been careful and Trump shouldn't have commited fraud. These two things can both be true.
Aside from being demonstrably false, it's also not a defense to commiting fraud. "No one got hurt" doesn't mean it's not fraud.
John
So “sexy” that tenants are taking his name off their buildings, every major marketing partner has dropped his “brand” and 40 Wall Street has been put on a credit watch list.
I guess Jr. really is as stupid as he looks.
John
Basically, “Let him talk himself into a noose.”
On appeal, perhaps Trump will claim “The communist judge let my idiot children talk too much!”?
Blacklabel
said happily, not begrudgingly at all, by an obviously unbiased judge. /s
yes people can actually speak, judge.
lincolnman
Proving once again that Trump only hires the "best" lawyers, who then stumble, bumble, and lose their cases, at this trial today, Trump's quack lawyers introduced into evidence information that was clearly incorrect...
*Trump’s lawyers displayed a screenshot of a property tax document for 40 Wall Street, now called the Trump Building. The slide described the property as a “72 story landmark building in the Financial District, directly across from the New York Stock Exchange.”*
*The Trump Building is only 63 stories, according to filings from New York City and the Securities and Exchange Commission, and is actually around the corner from the Stock Exchange.*
https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-idiot-lawyers-just-shared-195310449.html
So Trump's lawyers attempting to defend him from fraud, commit fraud while under oath...
What a circus of incompetence...if his lawyers in his criminal trials are half-wits like these, he might as well wear an orange jumpsuit to court - and save changing before he gets led off to his cell...
John
And he’s going to talk his company into a death penalty judgement. Because he’s a moron.
And somehow that will be the judge’s fault in the Trump cult-bubble.
Blacklabel
The headlines get less and less “bombshell” every day don’t they? Out of ammo.
the Trump election win is becoming more and inevitable.
wallace
Trump Tower is his phallic symbol for his smaller one.
Blacklabel
Proof of the Trump brand being sexy?
he’s under 4 partisan witch hunt election interference indictments by Democrats.
yet still winning nearly all the swing states against Biden in the last 6 Biden loving media polls.
bass4funk
You can always create and relocate symbols, new or old.

Trump wants to be in New York, the country's city for business. It will hurt him to lose his property and business licenses there whatever you say. You will find an excuse every time.
bass4funk
Actually, that might not be a bad idea since Manhattan is starting to look like an apocalyptic rendition from escape from New York, they might be doing him a favor, it would be better to rebuild the Empire in a place that has better prospects and is growing, and there is more potential, not to mention a safer environment for everyone, Florida, Texas, and Tennessee would be great places to start.
Most people on this site wouldn’t you have a clue how to purchase any building let alone the innings of how real estate works.
John
So sexy that he ran a casino into the ground!
Just think about this a second.
The games all favor the House, with the exception of Black Jack where a good player has a very narrow advantage.
If you play long enough, the House WILL win.
And then people get drunk and make worse decisions. AND they’re laying to stay in the Casino. AND they’re paying to eat at the casino.
It’s like a money printing operation. And Trump, being the utter moron that he is, went bankrupt.
It’s like losing money on a Dairy Queen in Texas; sure it’s theoretically possible but you never see it in everyday life.
And yet the moron of Mara-lardo managed to do it
Man, talk about sexy, lol.
wallace
You don't have a clue. Millions and millions of people, even on this site and in Japan have bought buildings. My own American mother had a realtor business which required a license.
Florida, Texas, and Tennessee will never replace New York for a business center.
bass4funk
I admire the guy, but I think he’s wrong on this, I know he wants to stay in New York keep his business there, but he’ll soon realize it would be for the better to take his business elsewhere.
He can always recover that and start a new
And you find any way you find something negative
wallace
Trump's property empire went into bankruptcy six times.
John
Funny how that wasn’t the moron from Manhattan’s decision. In fact he tried to fight it.
And not JUST Manhattan, the place he has always been desperate to be accepted. Hawaii, Panama, Puerto Rico and a host of others.
Dropped by Macy’s, the PGA, and every other magic marketing partner.
I guess those were all Don’s idea too? Lol.
His brand is toxic. He and his “Organization” are a fraud.
His entire origin story is BS.

Trump cannot start a new one because he does not have enough money and now the price and costs are much higher.
Being a realist is not being negative.
Peter Neil
Nothing in the “presentation” was relevant and offers no defense in the tax fraud open and shut case decided by the paperwork trail and evidence.
The judge let them go on, knowing full well that the strategy was reach for any reason to appeal. There will be nothing to appeal.
The Trumps and his lawyers are unmanned men in a a battle of wits with this judge.
The dim-witted lawyer claimed the kids were just boys and shouldn’t be held accountable for anything. They’re just children.
It was written here that Trump Jr. had remarkable memory of thing she didn’t remember last week.
In addition, he has now brought Ivanka back in, since she claimed she wasn’t involved in the valuations at the time and was excused due to the expiration of statute of limitation.
Trump Jr. said she was involved. Oh my. So much failure.
Trump has no defense.
Peter Neil
Edit. It was not written that Trump Jr. had remarkable memory today about things he said he had no memory of last week.

Why would Trump want to go to Florida? He's on record saying;
“While Ron DeSantis engages in a weeks-long shadow campaign for president boasting his playbook, Florida continues to tumble into complete and total delinquency and destruction,” the Trump campaign said.
“Under Ron DeSantis, Florida has become among the worst states… to live… find economic opportunity… work… retire… raise a family… pay taxes…be safe… rent a home… have a baby… afford energy… die… be a teacher… be a doctor… be a police officer,”
https://www.heraldtribune.com/story/news/politics/2023/04/21/donald-trump-says-ron-desantis-created-misery-and-despair-in-florida/70139811007/
“In Education, Florida ranks among the worst in the Country and on crime statistics, Florida ranked Third Worst in Murder, Third Worst in Rape, and Third Worst in Aggravated Assault. For 2022, Jacksonville was ranked as one of the Top 25 Major Crime Cities in the Country, with Tampa and Orlando not doing much better,” Trump contended.

And six times he came back, he even wrote in New York, bestseller about it, fascinating book.
Yes, he absolutely can and yes, he does have enough money, because he has equity pretty much all over the world, so he’s good on that part if he wants to
Being negative doesn’t mean you’re realist.
John
Jenna Ellis on tape under oath stating that Trump said he would never leave power no matter what. Multiple WH lawyers told him he lost. He didn’t care.
Testimony given in the GA case that can also be used in the January 6th case.
Ammo reloaded.
John
Via tax evasion and fraud. Some business man…
40 Wall Street is 63 stores, not the claimed 72.
It’s 77% occupied not 90% as claimed.
Thats fraudulent representation.
Golly from a so-called business “genius” no less.
kintsugi
Trump's business success and many failures were based on money from his father and six bankruptcies to protect his business at the cost of his creditors. I guess if you believe not paying for goods and services is equal to success. Trump owes money to his lawyers.
lincolnman
Finally realizes Trump is going to lose bigly - and tries to cover up with typical weak MAGA-spin...
wallace
Like I said you will try to find excuses whatever. The fairy on top of the tree.
bass4funk
Well, they’re at work with each other right now and of course, Trump is going to say whatever he can knowing how Trump is despite DeSantis, he knows DeSantis is a good governor, I like DeSantis, but I get the rhetoric, do I like it? No, but Trump can see whatever he wants. He has right to his opinion.

As usual wrong again.
Tampa and Orlando more Dem strongholds
bass4funk
Yup!
Depends on your outlook. If you think that’s corruption, just imagine if you peel that onion and would see what your local leaders are doing in your blue state, you’ll be shocked to the core.
Yup!
As you will try and find something negative.
Ditto
wallace
Fraud not corruption which Trump has already been found liable for and the only remaining decision is what it will cost him.
lincolnman
What? He said on the record that DeSantis has "filled Florida with misery and despair" - and "turned it into one of the worst states in the US"...
And you say he "knows DeSantis is a "good Governor"?
ROFLX2
Thanks for proving Trump was lying...
Ditto

You just proved Trump lied five times...well done!
John
Finally realizes Trump is going to lose bigly - and tries to cover up with typical weak MAGA-spin...
Tries to spin it as if Trump actually wanted his name off of the buildings. Because his brand was so “sexy”, lol.
bass4funk
Doubt it, definitely not losing in the polls
Well, he can always rebuild unless he’s dead.
John
Breaks and admits that Trump is a fraud (and thus liable for this case) and a tax cheat (and thus guilty of crimes)
This counts as progress.
Blacklabel
None of this has any relevance compared to the election.
He either wins (likely) and it all goes away or he loses and they forget about it because the purpose of it is over.
wallace
This case is only about Trump and his business fraud.
Bob Fosse
You can stop complaining about it then.
Peter Neil
And the election has no relevance to this.
Bob Fosse
Why do you think either of those outcomes a year away would influence Engoron’s verdict? It’s not ‘going away’. This is to determine how much he loses, he’s already lost.
You know the verdict will in most likelihood be coming before the end of this year, right? Not after the election next year, right?
Paustovsky
To be fair, he looks like the kind of fool who thinks gold toilets are sexy.
John
And yet you constantly deflect to an election in an article about proven fraud.
An election he’s going to lose because he’s a sex-offender, a fraudster, will be a convicted felon, and intentionally parrots the language of fascists.
Yeah, Americans are voting for that.
Kurumazaka 2
you mean like this gem from Jenna Ellis?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=da4pp1oeHMk
just put up in the past 30 minutes
Kurumazaka 2
Give it a gander Blacklabel. Look forward to you telling us that she wasn’t really his lawyer.
Blacklabel
”appeals court”
Blacklabel
5 seconds in…”stage a coup” and MSNBC?
im done watching.

After Judge Engoron puts the kibosh on the decades-long New York bizness fraud of the Trump crime family, Bombastic Jr, is going to have to get a job, like taking out the trash at Mar-a-Lardo.
bass4funk
What’s wrong with gold?
Bob Fosse
Dream on.
He can appeal only if a legal mistake is identified.
Engoron and the prosecution will be very carefully sitting their i’s and crossing their t’s to avoid this happening.
Which is why 45 is unsuccessfully trying to provoke Engoron. Because he knows he is in deep trouble.
John
For which there must be a substantial error in the trial. You’ve got none.
It will no doubt be every bit as sucks the appeals in the election fraud lie, lol.
John
Sworn testimony on tape with the GA Prosecutors.
“I’m done” = “ Don’t show me any objective facts!”
Kurumazaka 2
It’s not opinion Blacklabel. It’s her video deposition. And it ain’t gonna go away.
but seeing as you refuse to watch it, I’ve taken the time to transcribe her words verbatim. Here you go! She’s talking to Dan Scovino btw.
Whoops!
bass4funk
Even the Dems can’t stop his constitutional rights.
Seems like there are a lot.
No, they already made a couple of blunders, and the biggest one for not around him to state his case as a real estate mogul in detail
Engoron is provoking Trump and the guy needs to stop smiling gleefully it doesn’t help it’s already painted character as a judge
Tue judge is for sure. There at church, whether it is a civil case or criminal case doesn’t give you the right to abuse a defendant under any circumstances.
John
every bit as “successful as” the appeals in the election fraud lie, lol.
Apologies. Damn you, autocorrect.
John
Says the one who’s proven through its own statements to be wholly ignorant of the American legal system.
A host of legal scholars from across the political spectrum say you’re wrong.
As they are actual legal experts, and you most certainly are not, I’m going with them.
Blacklabel
So wasn’t this sealed?
Bob Fosse
Tell me just one.
John
Whats the matter? Surely you are not scared that videotaped sworn testimony the Tump knew he’d lost and wasn’t going to leave would increase his criminal liability are you?
Cause that’s exactly what it does.
It also reveals him as a major part of a criminal conspiracy for which the crimes of one member are the crimes of all members.
Oops, the Ammo bucket just refilled.
wallace
Trump was never sexy, good lord. They are scrapping the barrel bottom.
lincolnman
So what we've seen today from our usual Trump suspects here is;
Trump is going to lose and pay big in this case - and it's a good thing...
An admission Trump has tossed out some big lies and whoppers about DeSantis and Florida...
The judge smiling in court is the basis for a successful appeal...
Jenna Ellis, part of the crazy coup cabal, testified under oath in her proffer deposition that Trump refused to leave office...but it's no big thing...
Desperation and delusion...
stormcrow
Here’s a scary thought. Many people view Donald Jr. As the heir-apparent to the Trump empire and a possible candidate for president of the United States in the not too distant future.
