Donors pledge billions to help rebuild earthquake-hit Nepal

Is this the same earthquake of May or is this a new one? Things seem to be time lagged here.

But Nepal should not fret. People are still waiting for housing in Fukushima also.

I gave at the local Nepalese curry restaurant.

It seems most of the donations got through this time. With the Tohoku Tsunami and Earthquake only a small percentage got through as most Japanese tended to trust their donations to Japan Red Cross. I think receipts should be given in many of these cases to the donors. It only takes a few seconds to ring up a receipt. You see it all the time at parking lots.

It is easy to pledge any amount, when come time to pay up, you can hardly find the donor.
