Yeah, I can't understand this one. If I lost family members on an airline, I would avoid that airline like the plague.

@AKBfan, it's like the "Titanic passenger had a bad feeling about the cruise before boarding" type of story. Not informational, but still interesting as we can empathise with the victim.
