Egypt's gone done the toilet. What an extreme reversal of hope for a just government after the ouster of Mubarak.

Mass murder.

Sort of... sort of the opposite. It should be noted that during the appeal around 500 of the last batch are no longer facing the death penalty. There are several courts that a verdict must go through before it becomes both final and official. I suspect that the newest batch will also find their sentencing of death reduced. Egypt is a democracy in progress and history is moving very fast for Egypt. Japan Today, be more careful of your sources.

Sweden’s Foreign Minister Carl Bildt also criticized the verdict in a message posted on his Twitter account, saying “the world must and will react!” he said. Why is Sweden so worried?? Egypt is NO SWEDEN and it is fighting against the terrorists the best way it knows, so Sweden go mind your own business!! If Egypt does not take control in the fight against these terrorists that go around burning down Christian churches etc...Egypt will go down the road of the next Afghanistan!

Sends a strong message to the terrorists that are trying to wreck these countries. Thankfully Muslim law is very strict about this.
