Isn't this the work the FTC is supposed to handle? Ah. No. The FTC is prohibited from dealing with banking. That seems foolish. Change the law and merge. The FTC and CFPB already work together under Trump. If one organization is actively suing a company, the other is explicitly prohibited from doing so. Merge them.
