"A house divided against itself, cannot stand." . . . Abraham Lincoln

How refreshing it is to see all of the free nations of the earth acting collectively in the defense of one nation against a brutal aggressor! There is indeed strength in unity. We must work together in order to make the world a safer and more peaceful place to live. Those are basic human rights.

Congratulations USA. You won your first war since the Pacific War in 1945. You forced pathetic EU to buy American gas and oil at double the price. To buy LNG ships and build processing ports. Also military industrial complex profits up 20% in just one month!

The battle is between evil or more evil, which one will they pick?

“No one pretends that democracy is perfect or all-wise. Indeed it has been said that democracy is the worst form of Government except for all those other forms that have been tried from time to time . . .”

The war in Ukraine has made EU nations realize they have been way too reliant on Russia for natural gas and oil to warm their homes and run their industries.

Gee, leaders needed a war to realize this

That's correct. One of the weakness' of democracies is that they belive all other nations are like them. And if not, that they aspire to be. Democracies essentially work because they trust each other. The problem arises when dealing with nations that are untrustworthy. Russia, China, NKorea, etc.

Putin just did the EU a big favor.
