Here is a funny quirk to this case: About two weeks before the event, Strauss-Kahn said in an interview that he was afraid that Sarkozy would try to pin a fake rape on him. So then he just goes on to have what he claims were consenual relations with a maid he has never seen before, depositing his fluid on her uniform? When you suspect a trap, do you run in headlong? Please.
Before or after Strauss-Kahn was arrested?
While everyone is so busy trying to destroy the credibility of the woman, let me remind you that when Strauss-Kahn was arrested, he told police he had diplomatic immunity, which was a fat lie.

The 'maid' in this case has been working as a prostitute. She deceived the authorities, eager in the hyper PC environment that prevails in the US , to show they would do all in their power to protect a poor black Muslim woman come to our shores from Africa - and look, she is a noble single mother to boot !.
They got played.
She makes an excellent case for a complete review of our current immigration system and standards.
And a "socialist " head of IMF doing the domestic in his 3000$/nite suite should also be made persona non grata.
We don't need people like this in America.

That's a new one. Care to support your claim that she is a prostitute?

@chewitup - On the phone to her boyfriend in immigration detention she said, "'Don't worry, this guy has a lot of money. I know what I’m doing'" ... Yeah, that sooooo sounds like a traumatised rape survivor who's just out for justice.
It's becoming clearer by the day that what we're dealing with here is a conniving con-woman who's making a mockery of every single rape victim in the world by trying to exploit the weight given in courts to the alleged rape victim's testimony. What do you think the outcome of this is going to be? I'm pretty certain that every low-life rapist will be citing this case and demanding that their victim's testimony be treated just like any other, suspect until corraborated by evidence. This case will be instrumental in hundreds of rapists going free and people are still supporting this liar in the name of rape victims' rights? If there's a definition of irony this is it.

NOTHING is even remotely clear about this case, and it's your own bias talking if you think it is.
Well, nothing save that the prosecution is going to have a hell of a time with the "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard. Methinks this case is sunk.

Does not sound like it to me. Actually sounds more like someone else. In fact, it IS someone else you quoted there. I wish you would be more careful. Not only is that a paraphrasing of what she said spoken by someone else, it is also out of context. In that same recording she told of how she was raped and it matches what she has been saying over and over.
Oh, but I remember you! You are the one who says if the story does not change, she is lying! But of course if the story changes, you would say she is inconsistent!
She is up against one of the richest and most powerful men in the world. She will get torn to shreds and it hardly matters if she is telling the truth or not.
But even if he walks, don't ask me to believe that Strauss-Kahn got his fluids on the wall and floor after a maid walked in and declared it was free oral sex Saturday at the Sofitel and Strauss-Kahn declared "Oh what luck! Despite all this propositioning I have been doing on this trip, I have not been able to get any! Now you drop in my lap! You are a God send!"

Do the search. Even HuffPo are reporting this. She has cost the taxpayers millions and diverted manpower. She should be deported.
Serrano
Whoever is lying in this case should be smacked upside the head and made to reimburse the taxpayers.
And if Strauss-Kahn is guilty of sexual assault, he should be imprisoned.

Probably the same as everyone else, as an allegation. You tell us like its fact. No one has proven she was working as a prostitute, as if it matters anyway. Didn't hear that Strauss-Kahn paid. Although I did hear that he has hired prostitutes in the past and was accused of being too rough by one of them.
Can you rape a prostitute? Why yes you can! So its just another attempt to undermine credibility and nothing to do with the actual charges. By the time the minions of Strauss-Kahn are done with her, she will be alleged to an alien from the Alpha Centari system who only looks human because she has been turned inside out!

Hahaha...... this is a good one.
Won't be surprised should it happen. Money, power and influence can work wonders.
Wonder how this case will really end up. Interesting.......

... Well since neither you nor I speak the language spoken in Guinea I can't believe that you would be so petty as to attempt to discredit the quote because I provided the English translation rather than the original, which neither of us would understand. I mean you're really grasping at straws.
As for it being "out of context", that's because I don't have a complete transcript of the recording. Now if you do I'd love to see it... but I suspect you don't. Your claim about her relating her rape allegations in the same conversation is likewise out of context without the full transcript, she could have been discussing the story with her co-conspirator to iron out any inconsistencies in the story for all you (or I) know, and without a context it's impossible to say, so your point really means nothing.
However her quote about, "Don't worry, this guy has lots of money"... that doesn't sound like she's saying she's worried about his power and influence it sounds a LOT more like she's keen on using him as a meal ticket.

Interesting allegation. Seems to be the second time you have put words in my mouth on this case. I don't see where I laid that accusation. Have you been speaking with ghosts?
