Moscow-based Kaspersky ... thought Kaspersky moved their infrastructure to Switzerland in 2019 to avoid the appearance of dies to the FSB which had been alleged. https://www.theregister.co.uk/2018/05/15/kaspersky_labs_announces_move_to_zurich_dutch_government_questions_firm/
My servers are under attack, constantly. Attribution isn't always clear, except when they come from scripts running from Chinese universities. Over 90% of the traffic is some sort of attack or spam clogging the server. This is typical today for any public service.
NK might be a false flag attack trying to keep themselves off the list. Vietnam comes to mind. Hopefully, they figure out who it is quickly and publicly shame them. The FSB attack tools have been leaked, so perhaps that will provide some insight. https://www.zdnet.com/article/hackers-breach-fsb-contractor-and-leak-details-about-iot-hacking-project/

The bottom feeders come out during a crisis.
Wouldn't be surprised if they are coming out of Russia, China or N.Korea.
Time to drive them back to where they belong!!!

Is there a need to publicly identify this man AND his company? You think the bad guys won't go after him now?
Sheesh.

The IMF, World Bank and Stock Markets and certain individuals control WHO. After they have secured their interests, WHO can do what ever they like. But before it is all insider trading and money. I hope these hacker send the files to Wikileaks. Thousands and thousands are dying because WHO held off the pandemic announcement.

Oh probably just the Russians again.
Nothing new...
