Trump’s decision coincides with intelligence agencies, military and law enforcement

Unless he changes his whatever it is he uses to reason. Assuming he's agreeing with 'intelligence agencies, military, and law enforcement', maybe he - and his base - will stop attacking and trying to undermine those organizations. But then his base have the 'deep state', the spectres of Hilary and Obama plus the voices in their heads (only they can hear) that once again can be blamed.

The whole Russian collusion fantasy is a frame job perpetrated by the swamp as a cover for their crimes, including their actual collusion with Russians.
