Something isn't right. $2 billion for 100 missiles implies a cost of $20 million per missile. I think it probably if for 1000 missiles at that price.

Taiwanese self invented Hsiung Feng III and Sky bow III are better than Harpoon system and HIMARS system, what Taiwan really need is more advanced stuff instead of these grandpa aged toys! Please sell Taiwan real cool things like f35...

Taiwan has already spent billions in the past few years to arm itself further, are the leaders unwittingly or unwillingly intoxicated to throw away more money?

Certainly if China asserts its sovereignty over Taiwan, then they will then have some nice new missiles and associated technology.

The weapons the US is selling Taiwan except the MQ-9s use 1970s tech.

Zhao said U.S. arms sales to Taiwan severely damaged China's sovereignty and security interests.

Taiwan has nothing to do with Chinese sovereignty and it is not a threat to Chinese security. China should mind its own business.
