Posed shot? Looks like two dummies.

As to workers in Russia, they are sequestered in dormitories, and their wages are sent back to the DPKR. Nice little earner of foreign currency. Rubles.

DPRK and RF sharing border, there are historic ties backed decades ago so naturally these countries are keeping in contact.

there is no need for this large "article" whatsoever.i see nothing strange that these two countries are keeping in touch.

Putin just turned 70, long passed time for him to retire to one of his palaces and do whatever Russian mass murders do after they have retired. Time for younger people worldwide, especially those wishing to get older in a world that has been harmed by aging leaders, to take over. Biden is 79, Trump 76, Xi Jinping 69, Modi 72. Kim is younger, maybe 38, but North Koreans have no choice, individuals in most other countries do. Many Russians have apparently run away from Russia to escape the aging males running the Kremlin. The Russian brain drain will not help Russia down the world, but hopefully Russians who settle in other countries will help their adopted homelands.

"You have 3rd rate ammunition? My soldiers don't really care about quality as they have almost none now."

"I sure do. Do you have missile guidance systems? Mine don't go where I want them to."

"DA. And by the way, How you have such luminous hair?"

"It's a wig. How do you look so svelt and daper?"

"Chronic Muscular Degeneration and Parkinsons."

"I see, so shall we talk terms on that ammo?"

"DA"

DPRK and RF sharing border,

You mean like Russia & Ukraine? Luckily for Kim it is a very, very small border.

there are historic ties backed decades ago so naturally these countries are keeping in contact.

You mean like Russia & Ukraine? 'Historic ties' usually means that Putin considers it his, and 'keeping in contact' involves turning it into a war zone then blaming someone else.

The basis for this story is... a birthday card?

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un sent a birthday greeting to Russian President Vladimir Putin this week,...

Russian officials and leaders in the breakaway regions in Ukraine have also discussed the possibility of having North Korean workers help rebuild those war-torn areas.

The occupied territories will soon be liberated by Ukraine and North Korean workers will not be welcome there.

You are known by the company you keep. Putin, Kim, Khamenei, Xi... All the rest of the world needs to know. Many don't support them and their regimes due to the fact they are dictators, tyrants, and authoritarians. People are not happy under those types of "leaders" (rulers is more accurate).
