Hopefully the power will get back up soon. It's winter now and not the time for stupid people to be doing stupid things that accomplish nothing but destroy lives.

Two electricity transmission towers in Ukraine were damaged by explosions Ukrainian activists calling for an economic blockade of the Black Sea peninsula tried to prevent repair works on Saturday, but retreated after clashes with police.

As a result of these explosions there was an emergency power reduction at two nuclear power plants in Ukraine...

Ukraine is a failed state... Some sort of Somalia in Europe...

Obviously attacks, although the article is not so clear about that. Just like with the downed airliner, we may get a bunch of denials about the possibilities and the implications.
